Finally syncs Red's footstep sound after all those years.

Some technicals on how this was done:
I wanted to fix this since I was 12 (give me back my 2010!)
It turns out that intro_stalker.ogg (the early mix from the ''sounds\intro'' folder, the video was in prod since about 2004, iirc) goes perfectly with intro_movie.ogm (an early render of the video). Apparrently, the old GSC at some point decided to slightly trim the side close-up shot of Red running (and add a second pine tree for him to rustle past), but completely forgot about adjusting/implementing the audio.
Having analyzed the aforementioned sources, I was able to identify and trim the unnecessary section in the final with perfect precision, also adding a tiny patch from the early mix in a certain spot.
All audio sources are stock assets from the legacy version. In order to preserve the quality as much as possible, the Ukrainian audio was chosen as the base track (the best bitrate), and the voice acting from each localization was carefully transplanted into it.
