in order to better yourself and quit gooning to juri, you need to accept the fact that your a max level prestieged gooner. luckily your already partially doing this! by reading this guide, that alone shows that your trying to stop gooning. i get it, juri is a baddie. but we must rise (literally) and stop the gooning!!

another thing your going to have to do is find substitutions. you being a max gooner, you probably spent lots of time gooning to juri. so your going to have to find other hobbies to fill the time spent, that you would have spent gooning to juri. maybe try riding a bike, drawing, watching a movie. whatever you find entertaining.
