There's already something like that in the Greentech mod already I believe, a wheel that sticks to terrain and lets you climb hills that would otherwise be too steep.

Yeah its made so you can go up hills better because every one has that pain

This could be cool if it was a wheel or slippery like landing gear and could take circuit inputs to become sticky instead, so you could move around but stick in place when you want to. I don't see what it has to do with fragments or why it's GSO though, it seems more RR to me.
