Step 1: Uninstall Destiny 2
The start to recovery

-Open Steam.

-Navigate to Destiny 2

-Click “Uninstall.”

Take a deep breath. You’re free now.
Step 2: Fill the Void
Destiny 2 leaves a hole. Fill it before it fills you again.

-Pick up a new hobby: gym, drawing, writing, reading, literally anything.

-Play cozy games instead.

-Touch grass. Meet sunlight. Connect with out lord and saver and reintroduce yourself to non-frag-based dopamine.
Step 3: Therapy
This game has done damage. It’s okay to admit it.

-Accept your past self. Move on.
Final Statement
The urge to queue "one more time" will always linger, but know that you are not alone.

If you follow these steps, you may one day utter the words:

“Yeah, I used to play Destiny 2... but I’m better now.”

I wish you all a speedy and healthy road to recovery.

I still love the game, the content is just lacking currently due to staff shortage because of management mess-ups. But they still have the chance to come back. You can always pause the game and be inactive until better content drops
