Welcome to Chicken Assassin: Reloaded Guide
I will spare you the details and instead try to give useful tips regarding the more mundane topics before we dive into the nitty-gritty stuff You are probably here for. Also helpful if you have no idea what you are doing in the game. English is not my first language so apologies if typos happen!

!!(ALL sources I used are gonna be at the bottom, including a steam guide I used to put together my own table of content. I was kinda bummed nobody had done a proper guide so decided to take a shot myself)!!

Opening the game, on your left you have 4 tabs: Upgrades, Inventory, Rooster Tales & Wardrobe. The currency you use in the game is Souls. Now you also have a Treasure Chest towards the left side, which goes up to lvl 9, but at first, it's quite useless - you might get some gear, but the chances it's better than battle spoils is comically small. It only becomes useful once you have unlocked Black Market, but more on that later.

Up next, let's move on to the right side, where you find (at first) Battle and Settings. As you play, you are able to unlock two extra slots - Black Market and Boss Raid. You also have a big blue cauldron on that side, which you can spam click for extra souls (autoclickers rejoice). HOWEVER, as you progress in the game, you unlock the ability to have minions mine them for you and with soul value raised, you basically just have to leave the game running for a bit and you are good to go on a spending spree (just make sure you are on front page and not in wardrobe, upgrades or anywhere else, as they don´t gather anything then). For example, as I am writing this, I gather 1 million souls every 4,5 minutes. I am almost maxed out tho, so that kinda helps lol.
Upgrades
At first I suggest to focus on the battle elements (hp, def, crit etc), but as you keep going try to focus on soul making elements before divulging your hard earned souls on rest of the upgrades as it makes your life easier, game better and saves you tons of time just grinding or waiting for soul count to rise. Or just use an auto-clicker if you have no joy playing simple games.
Inventory
Try as much as you can to sell unneeded stuff and constantly keep trying the gear, DON´T hoard it! It will take up your very valuable space until you can buy more slots (they get more expensive as you go) and you will have nowhere to put your battle spoils, which is where you can get pretty decent gear and items needed. You are also gonna need those empty spaces once you have to start collecting items for both Wardrobe and Raids when you are a higher level (more on that later).

Rooster Tales
Just helps keep track of what is done, and gives nice bonus souls after completing them - HOWEVER make sure you don't reach your soul cap when you accept the bonuses!! (Definitely didn't lose 2 million souls like that or anything..) As soon as you are able, raise your max soul cap or you're gonna lose out on valuable time and potential upgrades you could have gotten with that lost amount. Also helps to go over it from time to time and see if there are any easily reachable goals to satisfy your need for souls, for example kill 20 killer tomatoes or collect x amount of items.
Wardrobe
Now this is a fun dress-up place, where depending what fun items you deck your Rooster with, you gonna have helpful % stats like ATK, DEF, CRIT & HP. You can go for more aesthetic vibes or look funny, but I suggest focusing on ATK, DEF and HP as those are your bread and butter in any fight. CRIT is only helpful towards higher levels when it gets more likely to happen. How to get these clothes tho? WELL, you gonna have to grind a bit, as in you gotta fight the levels multiple times to get certain items. Down here is a helpful list of what items are found on which levels and what you're gonna have to do for them (beat boss x times, fight certain enemies x times). They are sorted by stage order, with boss raids sprinkled in as they become available after completed stages (due to items or lvl):
Battle
Quite easy, just the levels you gotta beat as the story progresses. There are 12 “Stages”, each of them having different enemies, loot, mini-bosses and bosses. You are attacked by waves and new waves don´t start until the first one is finished (all comes down to your attack damage and how fast you can click). There is a mini-boss at every 10th wave marked with ´#´ !! It helps to break down what enemies You will encounter before/after what mini-bosses and helps build the wardrobe better. The final ´#´ at the end of each stage is the actual boss.
As you progress, you get more waves, more mini-bosses after every 10 waves and their health keeps going up so make sure your gear is always top-notch. And as it´s a guide of course I have them all neatly written out for you, which is also helpful once you get to wardrobe items (when depending on enemies or bosses):
Settings
Not sure what is unclear about this.. They are settings. But this is also where you can exit the game.
Black Market: Unlocks at lvl 10
A shady dude who wants to buy stuff you can get from battle and from that pesky treasure chest. He can be a great way to get some experience needed to level up or if you need to clear your inventory and could use some extra souls without spam clicking or going into battle. He also often wants items you get from treasure chest so keep that in mind as you upgrade your treasure chest (I suggest to leave upgrades to the point you can knock the chest a few times between battles without going broke).
The offers are time limited, as in he will ask for 5 screws or 10 greek vases for only 3 minutes, and his cooltime is however long you still had left on the trade + 1 minute, so be on the lookout. He also lets you know by popping on the left side of the screen when he has a new offer. Some items are more valuable than others to him, which in turn will rake you in more souls per item, but this comes really down to rarity..or so you think until he offers over 2 million souls for 14 common Lona Misas. Basically hoard the current relevant items and sell older ones he doesn't ask for (think Pink Donuts, Fried Fish, Troll Face etc).
Be careful tho, as he can ask items needed to go on raids so watch closely what exactly you sell. A good way to tell, while on the main screen, if he has an offer you can actually exchange with him without clicking is by seeing a red ´!´ by his icon - meaning you have the item in the amount he wants and the exchange is possible. As a side note he also isn't that interested in lvl 0 items either so don´t worry about collecting them that much.
Boss Raid: Unlocks at lvl 38
A way to earn more experience and souls without affecting the main storyline. Mostly fun short quests, if you will, with different enemies (required for wardrobe). However, to access them, you are gonna need items and completed main story stages in order to play and unlock them. They are also time limited so I suggest to stock up on needed items before you enter into raids (You have 1 minute to pick and choose your raid, after which there is a 5 minute wait until another is available). A way to tell if any raid is open for you is to see a red ´!´ on the icon - it tells that you have enough items, and the raid which you have enough items for, is open right now.
Items Dropped
Now in case You need certain items for either Rooster Tales or to enter Boss Raid, here is a list of stages and what they drop - some items are rare tho, so might only receive one per completion:

Currently on Steam you have completed the game if you have defeated all main stages (except siege) so if you are only after achievements, ignore these lists. However if you do want to complete the Rooster Tales in-game, you gonna need to do more than just pass a stage and move on - some of them do take at least 3-5 times fully completing to get a wardrobe item and/or defeat the required amount of enemies for Rooster Tales.

If you have any suggestions or more information I should add to the guide please let me know under comments and I´ll see what I can come up with. I could also use some help with making these tables on steam instead of screenshots for easy editing.

I´m currently also hoping to add to the guide in the near future, some with people´s help (marked with !): % stats under each wardrobe item; ! Soul cap after each upgrade ! ; ! Siege Hard level enemies and bosses ! ; ! Siege Hard level loot and drops with wave lvl ! .
