Here's a mod that fixes how 4.0.22 borked the UI with this mod. Works for the 10 building slot BPV mods.

For current usage until mod author updates, utilize Sakura's compact mode in conjunction with it:

it's been updated and will allow this mode to function in a reasonable capacity. You should be able to have 20 buildings and 4 districts with 5 buildings without issue. More than that may not be accessible, though.

前置模组有问题，开了点击星球界面会跳出，就是那个ui overhaul dynamic ,那MOD本身还不让评论，就很气人
