Detective Achievement - 200% diagnosis
By smolsucc
Hi, I don't believe anyone else has created a guide for achieving this, so I'm here to help others avoid the frustration I experienced. I tried many times with no idea what to look for, and I want to make it easier for you to read this! There may be other ways to achieve the detective trophy, but this is the most straightforward.

Stage and difficulty
Select the enigma stage with the lethal difficulty.

These are the boosters to choose:
-fewer potencial diseases
-random lifestyles
-cheaper tests
- slow collapse
(dont need the fifth booster)

Diagnosis level is calculated by how many diseases a test can find. To get 200% you must average 2 diseases per test. Most of the time we go to the furthest disease of the line to get multiple diagnosis, but this walkthrough I will show you which ones are more common.
Gameplay
One thing i noticed while playing this stage, is that the diseases and risk factors barely (if at all) changed which made if super easy to guess the diseases to test for. I wrote down the most common and took screenshots for yall to see. Everytime I loaded this stage, our patient always has the hereditary risk factor, this helps us a ton since there are a few diseases that only pop up with this risk factor like: Parkinson's disease (has to be elderly too), Muscular dystrophy,Leukemia,Immunodeficiency,Alport's syndrome,Cervical cancer and Breast cancer (if it is a women). To get this achievement we also need to remember to use as few tests as possible.

Circulation/ heart: always had only 3 diseases (stroke, hypertention and blood clots). Diagnose these three by getting a Brain MRI.

Renal/Immune: always will have Photosensitivity, Lupus and Lupus Nephritis, Test by using Kidney Biopsy in Renal system.

Skeletal: will always have Leukemia. Bone Marrow Biopsy is the test for this.

Digestive: will never have any illness.

Respiratory: may have illnesses but it is a good idea to only test the furthest one away in the line if all other following illnesses also have at least one symptom. If they have the smoker risk factor they most likely have lung cancer so test for that if they are a smoker.

Muscular: Either it is Skin Cancer or Necrotizing Fascitis, Muscular dystrophy or Fibromyalgia. I recommend waiting until the other illnesses previously are diagnosed and treated if you are unsure.

Lastly check the gender specific illnesses to see if any have all if not most symptoms highlighted.

When treating illnesses please choose the cheapest options and try not to worry about the systems failing. You may only have one test wrong with no illnesses found. Goodluck and comment if you have any questions!
