1. Royal Army
The Royal Army is the main cannon fodder at Pagan Min's disposal. You'll encounter these lads well up until late game, where they will slowly be replaced by the Royal Guard.

  • 1.1 - Assaulter (marked by an upside down triangle)
The assaulter is your very first enemy in the game. They have no armour, and are not a problem to deal with unless in large numbers. Their only weapon is the AK-47.
Get rid of them with a few quick blasts aimed at the head, and move onto your next target.

  • 1.2 - Beheader (marked by a lightning bolt)
The beheader are crazed and bloothirsty psychopaths. They charge opponents, armed with only a knife. They lack armour, allowing them to be killed easily.
Your preferred method of disposal should be an MG, allowing you to fire at medium-long range, and avoiding close combat with them. A shotgun is just as effective, but would prevent you from dealing with other threats aside from the bezerker.

  • 1.3 - Bezerker (marked by a lightning bolt)
Bezerkers are almost completely identical to beheaders, aside from their weapons. Instead of a knife, these lads are armed with shotguns and will quite happily charge towards you intending to turn you into mashed potato and tomato sauce.
They rarely take cover, so, like the Beheader, can easily be dealt with at medium-long range before they become an issue.

  • 1.4 - Defender (marked by an upside down triangle)
Defenders are Pagan Min's response to your continuious slaughter of all his troops. They are a step up from the Assaulter - armed with the same weapon (an AK47) but have armour that'll soak up more damage. They have the same attack patterns as an Assaulter, and a strategy of a series of quick blasts to the head can be applied here.

  • 1.5 - Heavy Gunner (marked by a shield)
Pagan Min can't afford to import military tanks from overseas into the remote area of Kryat. What's a second best idea? Give a man a few dozen of KGs of armour, and a heavy MG, and you quite literally have a "human tank". As a result, these will be one of the toughest enemies in the game.
To get rid of these overweight hounds, aim at the head with any sort of weapon. The helmet should eventually find a way off, which allows you to follow up with a single headshot.
[s]A liberal use of grenades and/or molotovs will also deal with Heavy Gunners quickly.[/s]
You can use a molotov to quickly burn these tanks to death.
Alternatively, in the tiger tree, you can unlock the "Heavy Beatdown" skill, allowing you to perform a takedown when behind them. This is a stealth tactic, and so requires you not to be detected. If you are detected, quickly break line of sight, wait for the heavy to approach, and dart out again. You should be able to perform the takedown, as long as you can do it within a 1-2 second timeframe.

  • 1.6 - Hunter (marked by two arrows forming a cross)
Hunters are your primary opponents in the game when you want to release an animal trapped inside a cage. Stealthily picking them off with either takedowns, bows, or silenced rifles should be your method of disposal, followed by releasing the caged animal in question.
Hunters in Far Cry 4 are extremely strong if they manage to get a hit on you with an arrow. Their primary weapon is a bow, dealing two bars of health of damage. Take Hunters out as soon as possible.

  • 1.7 - Molotov (marked by a lightning bolt)
These are the grommets of fire. They wish they could soak you in fire and chuckle at you burning to death, but more often than not, a rapid fire MG will ignite the molotov in their hand. These enemies are the lowest of the low - they are not an issue as soon as you kill them with their own weapon.
Molotovs have no other weapons aside from, well, molotovs.

  • 1.8 - Rocket (marked by a crosshair)
Rockets are what they sound like. Armed with RPGs, they are only beat by a mortar. Another priority next to heavy gunners and hunters, they will ruin your day quickly. Constant RPG fire on you will eventually kill you, or force you to move, exposing you to large amounts of gunfire. The best way to deal with Rockets is to pick them off before going loud, or before beginning your stealth run, so you're not slowed down by RPGs.

  • 1.9 - Sniper (marked by a crosshair)
The worst part about Snipers is their bite. The best part about them is that they're usually located in secluded locations that no other enemies will check. Kill them with a silenced weapon, and move on. If you don't, you'll be subject to rather lackluster supression.
2. Royal Guard
The Royal Guard is the elite of the Royal Army. Just like the Royal Guard is in our great country of England. They are better equipped (in some cases) and soak up more damage (their only purpose).

  • 2.1 Assaulter
This assaulter is armed with a P416 assault rifle, offering better accuracy and damage than the AK47. They also take another 1-2 more shots to kill when spraying and praying. Continue to use well placed headshots against them.

  • 2.2 Charger
This is a combination of the beheader and the bezerker. Chargers are armed with BZ19 Submachine Guns, allowing greater combat range. They are just as aggressive too, meaning that now instead of serving as cannon fodder with knives (like the samurai and their bent swords), they can hold their own against you whilst progressing towards you.
They could be considered aggressive assaulters. Kill them quickly.

  • 2.3 Defender
The upgraded version of a defender. They use the same weapons as an assaulter (P416), and require 8-10 shots to kill. However, headshots are still a valid option. Aim for the neck on them - this'll allow you to get well placed chest shots but also have a chance of hitting the head.

  • 2.4 Heavy Flamer
Overweight hound dogs just like the Heavy Gunners, they can be dispatched in the [s]same manner[/s] same manner, but without molotovs. Heavy Flamers are immune to fire. They'll douse you and everything around you in fire if you get too close, but a few shots into the napalm tank on their back will deal with them quickly. For all the money Pagan Min spends on armour, you'd think he'd put reinforced metal on the napalm tanks.

  • 2.5 Heavy Gunner
The agony. Pagan Min has hired more brutes to carry far more armour. This variation will take multiple magazines of an assault rifle. Aim for the head, douse him in fire to deal large amounts of damage (don't waste your grenades), or go up close and aggressively shower his head in shotgun slugs. It's your choice - just make sure to get rid of him quickly.
You can use a molotov to quickly burn these tanks to death.

  • 2.6 Rocket
Deal with them the same way as you would a royal army rocketeer. A nice amount of shots in their general direction will get them bawling in agony once a splinter of wood hits their finger.

  • 2.7Sniper
There's nearly no difference. Slightly more damage, faster fire rate, but they're still secluded and easy to kill with a headshot. Min isn't stepping up his game in these last two entries.

3. Conclusion
3. Conclusion
To summarise, every enemy in Far Cry 4 are primitive Asians using outdated equipment and tactics. There is no difference in dealing with them, except for some minor mutations. Douse them in lead and fire, and you'll be on your merry way to winning the game quite quickly. Skip to section four if you'd like to see some shameless advertisement.

It should be noted that the SA-50 sniper rifle will 1-shot a Heavy Gunner with a headshot, and it can also be silenced if you're the stealth kind like me.

Clip being slang for a mag is incorrect, literally they are two completly different things (A clip is used to load a non-detatchable magazine). How fitting that your name is ignorance.
