Level 0
The first level of the game, and its not easy! There are two events that can happen during this level: Alarms and Blackout. During Alarms the entire level will switch to a Red lighting and a pulsing noise will play. During Blackout all lights will switch off (press T to use your flashlight).

Entities
There's two entities here; Kane Pixel's Mold Boi and The Smiler
You can escape The Smiler by staying on the thin bars of the pitfalls or by shining your flashlight in its face.
You can escape Seasonal Allergies by either breaking line of sight & distance, or hiding IN HIS WALLS.

Objectives
You're given two objectives at the start (press TAB to view):

How to compete
Find VHS tapes
VHS tapes can be found scattered randomly across the ground
Record the entity
Simply catch Moldsman on 720x480
Record the entity during a blackout
Same as the first, just during a blackout event
Record during a blackout
Simply press C during a blackout event
Record the pitfalls
Approach the pitfalls and press C
Record a Smiler in the pits
Head over to the pitfalls and wait until you get a blackout event, rotate roughly 2160 degrees left or right until the Smiler appears.

These objectives aren't equally hard. If you're having difficulty, you can always restart the level until you get something easier.

Once you have both objectives done just return to the elevator to trigger entering the second part of the map. I got through the second part just by following the stripped line on the floor.
Level 1
This is just a big open room? You'll have to contend with your sanity here so be sure to check supply rooms for items to consume (you can throw those tapes away, too)!

Entity

When the lights go out, you'll need to contend with The Wretch. They can be soundly defeated by simply shining your light at them, or by hiding in supply closets where the lights don't go out.

Objective

There is only 1 objective: get the generators online. To achieve this, simply wander the structure until you find a generator then hold F on it (no generator minigame sadge) then repeat until the objective is complete. After that, just head back to where you started (the lights wont go out again don't worry).
Level 3
This level is about as large as the previous two, but instead of big open areas, its tight hallways. To get through, check the shelves and doors for fuses, which can be used to open grey boxes on the walls for more items.

Entity
Its an Armsy cameo from hit game The Forest. Best thing to do is run away and hope you have a fuse to lock a door behind you. However, he is very difficult to escape due to the fact he can and will track you through walls even over long distances. Dying also resets you to the start of the level.

Objective
You'll need to get deeper into the complex, first you'll want to keep an eye out for wires, electrical tape, and gasoline. My trick was to search for staircases to get as high as I could before I found this door.
Inside is a generator, which you can fill with gasoline if you want (mine or it could already be full). Next, you'll find a control console in the corner which may need repairs before ultimately throwing the switch and opening the door to the next area. Repeat this process two more times (you'll need two cables and tapes for zone 2's access room, and 3 tapes / two cables for zone 3, and a bunch of fuses).

Once you've repaired the 3rd generator room, simply walk over the catwalk to the next level.
Level 2
Can't get lost in a straight line, right?

Entity
Just a big, mean goober who can easily be evaded by hiding in the two hundred lockers you can find in this level.

Objective
Technically only 1, open the maintenance hallway. To do so, first you'll need to head down the straight line until you reach a door. Next to the door will be a valve, turning it will open the door, and the same process will repeat in the next area. You'll find a big room with multiple hallways so simply pick your favorite letter first and head down to look for these valves. But be warned! Turning them will spawn the monster at the entrance of the hall!
Once you've turned the valve there will be a digital clock at the entrance of the hallway, which tells relates to 3 valves in the big room. On each of the big room valves will be an arrow; turn it to the time that matches the digital clock on the hallway of the same letter.

Door will sound an alarm, open, and give you the path to the elevator!
Level 4
You see, levels can be defined into two categories: straight line, and big box...

Entity
There isn't one lol.

Objective
Your goal is to find 4 monitors which are, for some reason, sitting on the ground rather than on any of the thousands of desks. Each monitor will have a number on it that'll give you the code you'll need to open the supply closet. Turning off the power ends the level.
Level 6
Oh look its obligatory LIDAR level.

Entity
Mr jumpscare (♥♥♥♥ this guy) is a guy who'll appear sometimes to ♥♥♥♥ with you. He'll pop up and cause your LIDAR to reset

Objective
To open the big door that spawns in front of you, you'll need to follow the red lines on the ground to find beeping buttons. Simply press all 3 and return to the door.

Once the door is open, you'll have to keep an eye on the floor as to avoid death pits (they're marked in red so as long as you don't do what I did, sprint right into them, you'll be fine)

Once you've hit another 3 buttons you'll need to head back to the main room where you'll find 3 cages of entities. You goal is to enter the door where the color of the door & entity picture matches the cage, so in my case only the door with the pink color and wretch icon correctly matched the corresponding cage.

The final section is a small maze where your goal is to get to the other side, prepare yourself for many jumpscares.
Level 37
Its the level that's in every single backrooms game!

Objective
Drink the water

Drink it

Just kidding, you need to hunt around for a long, dark tunnel which will lead to a stairwell into the next part of this level.
Once you complete your leg day workout you'll find a very easy puzzle. Its the same 3 valve puzzle as level 2, but this time you're just counting the colored dots on the walls.
Level !
Run, thats it, run. Follow the exit signs.

Oh, and you can't jump over these tables.

When you reach the morgue, be sure to lock the door behind you with the panel on the right

In the morgue, you'll need to rush down the side halls to search for a blue key card in order to open the door on the far side, this key card can be found on the brown wooden holders. The morgue section will happen twice before you can reach the exit door.
Level Fun

Entity
A simple partygoer, he appears in the maze after completing the void jumping section. When the music stops, hide in an enclosed room or you'll get grabbed.

Objective
Upon starting the level you'll be asked to put some tokens into a machine from the table in front of it. An air horn will blow and you'll need to jump down the hole that the horn blows above.

Next, you'll need tickets. Around the room will be noclip floors that you can jump down to enter a short jumping section. All you need to do is clear the jumps to reach a hole in the floor. You'll find yourself in a new maze. On the tables are food and coins. Coins will be needed to opens doors and to locate the exit, so grab every one you find.

The exit will have clearly marked arrows next to the door.

Next up is Red Light Green Light, marked by both traffic lights and an audio queue. If you move during the red light phase you will lose tickets! You'll need to repeat this sequence twice in order to get enough tickets to open the exit door.
