I changed:
"rgl_minNvidiaDriverVersion 57631" -> "rgl_minNvidiaDriverVersion 56636"
Now it works for me
If you have old drivers chang numbers to your current driver version (watch Nvidia App)

Okay. I know what's the problem. Although id Software has deployed a small game patch on May 14, 2025, they must've altered startup messaging commands which cause the game to launch with idTech Launch Notice during startup.

In order to fix that, simply look for these commands:
"rgl_showAMDStartupWarning 1"
"rgl_showIntelStartupWarning 1"
"rgl_showNvidiaStartupWarning 1"

Then change & rename these commands:

"rgl_showAMDStartupWarning 0"
"rgl_showIntelStartupWarning 0"
"rgl_showNvidiaStartupWarning 0"

Save the launcher.cfg file and it should no longer popup idTech Launch Notice during startup.
