What is the Problem

With the 4.0 Update a bug was introduced with the arc furnace where it actually REMOVES a mineral depost in the 4th stage and doesn't add one in the 3rd.



What did i do?

I edited the vanilla events in a that they are as described in the wiki, adding a mineral deposit in the 3rd stage and nothing removed in the 4th.



Compability & Restrictions

  • Only edited vanilla events in an extra file => should be compatible with everything. Tested with Gigastructure

  • Due to the way the vanilla events are coded the deposits are only granted upon completion and NOT RETROACTIVE. Which means, if you have already a stage 4 arc furnace you will need to break it down and rebuild it in order for it to give the corrected bonuses.

  • Mod can be added & removed anytime during playthrough

@Satsuki yes, thank you! This has been driving me insane trying to figure which mod was causing this but it is happening in vanilla for me too. I have tested this using console commands as well- I am unable to add new deposits to most planets. This also occurs for anomalies and dig sites.
I will test out this mod and see if it fixes the issue.

Hi, quick question to see if anyone else is getting this and if it's ALSO another vanilla problem: When you build arc furnaces now, do you notice they only give yields on planets that already have yields? I notice only a small handful of planets get affected when I build one.
