Cooldowns

• Just Defence and Resplendent Embrace- Use when needed, but dont be afraid to use them.
  
• Intercede- Protect allies when you dont have threat.
  
• Reprieve- Your best cooldown, provides full heal to you or the target of your Righteous Mandate(Place on the ally that takes the most damage).
  
• Total Assurance- Restores Conviction (Bonus damage, heal, or mitigation)
  
• Interdict- interrupts in an aoe (Most dps wont bother to, and so it is mostly up to you)

Threat

Provoke is your general taunt, but Rebuke will drag non-weighted targets to you and taunt them.
Righteous Imperative is a special aoe taunt in the case you missed a bunch of enemies that are proceeding to wail on your allies. Best used after Ride the Lightning.
Typically, One hammer of either type will get the threat of a mob.

Buffs

• Mien of Leadership- Use for tanking (Use Mien of Honor if you don't want threat.)
  
• Courage of the Bear- Endurance
  
• Wisdom of the Ages- Guard, Block, and Crit
  
• Sign of Wrath and Vengeance of the Winter Storm- bonus damage and threat
  
• Purpose- Restores mana on attack (Long Fights)
  
• Wind Sigil and Earthen Barbs (Planar Attunement Earth and Air)- provide wisdom, and gives threat upon block.

It provides Guard and Block.
It gives health.
It is converted into dodge.
Guard is better than the other two because its not an RNG (random) effect. Block and Dodge are less important to have on an item because it is given by other stats.
Hence Steady Assault is chosen for level 64 Mastery.
Can be ignored; however, it doesnt hurt to boost it through buffs or enhancements.

I suggest putting Vicar's Bulwark (level 65 mastery) for 3, and avoid using it in a macro.

Tilde (~) - Ride the Lightning

Start with ~,Q, or E (If ~ is on CD then 1)
Build up conviction with 1 and 2 (2 for more than one target, and 1 works for melee and ranged)
Spend conviction (min. of 4 stacks) on R,V, or shift-V (Depending on Situation) for survival
Spent conviction on Q,E for threat and damage (E if aoe is needed)
Frequently Protect yourself with Z,X; however, timing is important don't waste it.
Provoke and Rebuke are tied to the middle mouse for easy access.
Total Assurance is on button 4 to isolate it, but easy to press.
Keybinds are based on personal preference; however, I noticed 6-0 were difficult to reach which is bad. Find what works for you as it is important not to have to think about what you are pressing. I use addons for barspace, and I recommend Tsuki UI[www.curse.com].
