  2. Unpack to the game's root folder (Library > right click on the game > Manage > Browse local files)
Why?
Allows for better immersion and better screenshots! Besides, the ever-present dot reticle seems rather redundant given that even the tiniest points of interest have fairly large target boxes, it's pretty hard to miss something.
Uninstall
Go to Cradle\data\ and run UninstallContextualReticle.bat
