This guide is updated as the achievement has been changed as of May 12th 2025 in the Staff Up update hot fix #3.

The Achievement now says: "Have one of your Host staff members seat 150 customers and pull 20 renowned customers to the front."

This change was originally 50 renowned customers, but is now 20 which is a significant improvement. While I got the achievement while it was 50 renowned, I appreciate more people being able to unlock it.

The method of getting this achievement has not changed as nothing in game was changed regarding this achievement and pulling renowned customers, but I will update all the math and information regarding the achievement in this guide.

The achievement's description says "Have one of your Host staff members seat 150 customers and pull 20 renowned customers to the front."
The easy part is seat 150 customers, which you will complete during the 20 renowned pulls so do not worry about that whatsoever. The other part of the achievement is the difficult part. The host gains the ability at level 5 to pull a renowned customer from anywhere in the line to the front of the line and bring them to a table as a priority. This might seem like a piece of cake, but there is a reason why this is the most difficult achievement in the game.

During the game there are two times. Theres day time when you are open and customers can walk in where there is a 5 minute timer, and off time when you can prep for the day. This math is only in relation to day time as you will not have to worry about prep time with this method.

This achievement you will be able to start unlocking at level 5 of the Host which you will typically get around day 15-20. Assuming it is day 20, you will need around 1 hour and 40 minutes of day time. That is significantly better than the original 4 hours of the achievement before the update. There is good news though.

Luckily, 20 renowned customers can be faster than 20 days. With this method, there are chances to get 2 renowned customer pulls in one day cutting the time down by around 20 minutes. It will likely be somewhere between 16-18 days rather than 20 total based on my experience. This would only happen if there is a renowned customer after a few customers rather than instantly. It will likely be the third or fourth customer that will be a renowned so you have to make sure nobody leaves the line or else it will just be the normal amount of renowned customers. It is quite rare to happen, but on average it will cut it down by a good amount. Assuming you instantly start the next day, you will still have around 1.2 hours for this grind of an achievement.

First thing is to select your mode. Easy, Normal, or Hard. For this specific achievement, Easy mode is pretty much impossible. If you are an exceptionally skilled player, you can try it on hard mode, but for most people, I recommend Normal mode. If you do have a save that is already complete up to the point where you are trying to get this achievement, great! If not, it shouldn't take too long.

In order to complete this achievement, you are going to need a few things that I will bullet point for a checklist type of thing for you.

• Level 5 host (Max) Set to Highest to lowest money priority seating
  
• All expansions unlocked so that the host will walk as far as possible and seat everyone in Section B, hopefully seats B-8 and around there.
  
• Legendary Lute
  
• Lots of money to spare on paying the daily bills (Assuming you are solo and do not plan on feeding anyone anything)

The Host will take people from the front of the line to the tables in section B where they will sit. It might sound counter intuitive, but you do want your line to enter the tavern to be as long as possible. Using the lute, you will prevent anyone from the line to leave so that you have the most amount of time for the host to walk back when there is a renowned customer and makes sure they aren't first in line making the achievement not get a point during the day as they didn't get pulled because they were in the front. As soon as the day is over, ready up and start another one, you are going for efficiency after all so don't bother feeding anyone either.

It is as simple as that to get the achievement. Keep everyone in line for as long as possible, and make sure the renowned gets pulled.

• 2 players makes this achievement much easier as one person will feed the customers crude ale and crude snacks, and the other can use the lute. This will allow you to not worry about money whatsoever. You can do this with upto 8 players.
  
• If you don't have food in your storage (I don't know why you would as you shouldn't feed them anything besides crude snacks and ale) you won't have to worry about Skeleton Thieves. They will instantly be destroyed. Since there are no skeletons, do not bother having the golems rostered making it less money lost per day.
  
• Max out your hearth so you only have to put fuel in it once around 2:30 on the timer. . If not, youll have skeletons everywhere messing everything up.
  
• Bards will not help the line to enter, so don't bother leaving them there. If you do play on feeding people, leave them in section B. If not, unroster them and the fairies.
  
• 2 Renowned customers spawn every day, but typically one is an instant spawn so do not rely on how many times you see the pop up. Always check the staff table, or the host NPC to know exactly how many you have if you want to know how many renowned pulls you have.

Sorry if this guide was a bit all over the place. I tried to organize it as best I could, but this is my first guide so I apologize if it is not the greatest. If this achievement ever gets changed or updated, or I find new information to add I will update this (assuming it is possible to update it).
