Marine Explorer

There will be a request in the Basement, Exhibition, Oceanarium, and Museum to breed and sell 10 of a specific fish. These fish cannot be bought from the shop until after you complete the quests

Piranhas on the Island

Complete the contract in the Basement to build a kitchen island with piranhas in it

Dinosaurs' Pal

Accept the freebie from a note above the tool bench in the Basement

TV Presenter

Complete the contract in the Exhibition to build an aquarium-themed news broadcast set

Wreck Excavator

Accept the freebie from a note near the front desk of the Exhibition

Robinson Crusoe

Complete the island contract in the Exhibition

Art Connoisseur

Complete the art gallery contract in the Oceanarium

Caveman

Unlock the cave area in the Oceanarium and complete all the related quests

Space Aquarist

Complete the contract in the Museum to create an aquarium in space

Location-Based Achievements

Mr. or Ms. Clean

Remove all trash and clean up all dirt from the Basement

Lazy Cleaning

Purchase the vacuum robot in the Exhibition

Master of the Corals

Purchase the coral aquarium in the Exhibition and place some coral inside of it

Viking Riddle

Place all the viking statues in the correct spot in the Exhibition. The solution is largest to smallest

Contemporary Art Collector

On the front desk of the Exhibition, there is a little tray that contains vending machine coins. Pop those in the vending machine until you earn all the statue rewards. The coins respawn after a day (give or take), so this one requires a bit of time and RNG to get the statues you're missing

Caribbean Pirate

Interact with the parrot sitting on the monitor at the front desk of the Exhibition

Pearl Diver

After unlocking the pearl exhibit in the Exhibition, you'll need to fill out the pearl necklace, the nearby hanging board, and the door frame with pearls. You'll need to buy pearl-producing shells and crack them open with a crowbar to get the pearls. This is super grindy, and you'll probably break a few crowbars, but with enough time, you'll get this achievement.

To get the max amount of pearls, I filled up the coral exhibit with the shells, as well as I kept an empty tank on the workbench and filled that with shells. This helped speed up the process a little bit

Robber-Explorer

First, you need to unlock the cafe in the Oceanarium. Then, just take a hammer and break the safe sitting on the floor behind the counter

Underwater Exploration and Fossils

Underwater exploration is available in two places:

The Underwater Ruins (unlocked after upgrading the office area in the Oceanarium)
The Underwater Dinosaur Cemetery in the Museum

Explorer of the Day

Photograph all fish, corals, and decorations in The Underwater Ruins

I recommend always carrying your camera and just taking pictures of everything. Some decor may also be buried under sand piles, so take a shovel with you too

Jelly Giant Unveiled

Outside of the base area near The Underwater Ruins, there will be a diver between two cages. Talk to him, then lure two jellyfish into the cages using your flashlight

Deep Dive Collector

Photograph all fish, corals, and decorations in The Underwater Dinosaur Cemetery

Save the World

Destroy all 8 nets and free the 4 trapped fish in The Underwater Dinosaur Cemetery. This is required to achieve Deep Dive Collector

Unraveler of Ancient Mysteries

After photographing a certain number of things in The Underwater Dinosaur Cemetery, a map will unlock back at the base. This will give you the code to unlock the entrance to the pyramid. Inside, there's a few things you need to photograph for the Deep Dive Collector achievement

Complete all the skeletons in the museum. Bones can be found in both of the underwater diving locations

After collecting most of the bones, I was able to buy the remaining bones. This is great if you're really struggling to find the last few bones

Click on the credits from the main menu

Free Nemo

Flush a fish down a toilet. Easiest to earn during the Daddy's Boy (2nd tutorial segment) or New Friend (3rd tutorial segment) quests

The Perfect Aquarium

Sell an aquarium for over $8000. This can be earned while in the Basement or Aquarium Exhibition

Blackwater King

Add blackwater to an aquarium

You need to fill an aquarium with regular water, then purchase a bag of blackwater from the shop and add it to the aquarium

Rich Man

Have over $100,000 at once. This is relatively easy to get in the end-game

Nothing

Stand idle for about 5 minutes

Big Fish

Right click on a fish and click the little fish icon in the upper right of the menu. This will allow you to play as the fish. All you need to do it eat until you reach Level 6

Japanese Garden DLC

Japanese Senpai

Complete all quests in the Japanese Garden location (including the pond in the Exhibition area), then return to the Japanese Garden

The Buddha's Secret

Light all 20 candles in the garden, then collect the map from above the cave aquariums. Hold your hammer and break the highlighted wall inside the cave area, then explore to the end of the cave.In order to reach the secret area, you must take the left path

Sell 10,000 items (both your sales and cashier sales count). This one is a bit grindy, so good luck!

Shopmaster

Complete all quests in the supermarket and reach 100% customer satisfaction

Cash Grab

Shortchange someone. This works for cash transactions only.

In order to actually trigger the achievement, you have to have completed all the quests in the Supermarket (aka earn Shopmaster achievement) and shortchange someone during a cash transaction. They will leave the store saying "I got robbed!" Once you end the day, a police officer will show up the next day and issue a citation, before going off to purchase things from your shop. Shortchange the officer, and the achievement should pop

A Gift from Santa Claus

Give someone all of their money back. I recommend doing this early on to avoid losing larger amounts of money. This works for cash transactions only

Laboratory DLC

Playing with Evolution

Create your first hybrid fish from the standard selection (aka choices available before 14:00)

Master of Evolution

Create all hybrid fish from the standard selection (aka choices available before 14:00)

Note: One of the fish that was required for this achievement was the Pineapplefish, which is a fish in the Aquatic Supermarket DLC. Since I owned both the Laboratory DLC and the Aquatic Supermarket DLC at the same time, I cannot confirm if this crossbreeding option is part of the base Laboratory DLC or if it's a crossbreeding option added if you have the Aquatic Supermarket DLC

Lab After Dark

Create a hybrid fish from the nighttime/secret selection (aka choices available after 14:00)

Ultimate Nightshift Scientist

Create all hybrid fish from the nighttime/secret selection (aka choices available after 14:00)

The "A Gift from Santa Claus" Achievement seems to be broken, I have give at least 5 customers all their money back (it was in cash) and from the second cashier line
