UNIT: Tuno - Udmurt replacement for the scout. Tuno and units on adjacent cells heal 10 additional health units per turn and he defends well, but all this only if he stands on rough terrain.

BUILDING: Kama plant - Factory Replace for Udmurtia. Give +15% Production for gun units.
