Basic concept of making progress in Idle Biceps
So this game is similar as those clicking idle games, you click the arm(s) in the middle of the screen, gain point to level up, ascend for more progress.

1. Equipment on the left, including Dumbbells, Straps, Talcums: to increase the rate of gaining "Volume" on the top left, which can buying supplements on the under of the screen.
2. REPS upgrades on the right, including Faster REPS, Finger Strength, Technique: to increase the rate of gaining REPS, which can use to buy more upgrades or the supplements.
3. Growths, or Levels: the rate of gaining growths depends on your REPS, and you can get extra growths by buying supplements, especially right before the ascension.
4. Ascends: Each growth gives one point when you ascend. Use the points to buy more upgrades for higher rate of everything.
