Go to the following map: C(or your installed drive)/User/your name/Appdata/local/SteelSeed/Saved/config/windows, and open engine.ini. In this file you'll add the following:

*note. if the engine.ini isn't showing then launch the game and it should be there. If it won't then copy any other .ini file, empty it, and save it as engine.ini
