I Can See Clearly Now
This is very likely the first achievement you will get. To get it, attach any "eye" part to your creature.
Baby Steps
To get this achievement, attach legs to your creature and walk around. The first legs you'll find in Adventure Mode are the Duo-Crus.
Make A Splash
To get this achievement, attach any part that gives you the "swim" ability (E.g Mohawk Fin, Webbed Feet) and submerge your creature in water.
I Believe I Can Fly
To get this achievement, attach wings to your creature and fly with them.
The first wings you can get in Adventure Mode are found in the "Island" map. To get them, build a light creature and attach legs to it, then jump up to the platform where the wings are. The quickest way to do this is to simply attach legs to the default "Pill" creature.
A Fresh Start
To get this achievement, press the "Clear" button while in the Editing Pad, found under the "Load" button. Doing this will erase your creature.
Experienced Creator
To get this achievement, obtain over 1000 XP.
To get XP, complete Quests, Battles and collect Body Parts and Patterns.
See the On A Mission section for more information on quests, and the Gladiator section for more information on battles.
Better Together
This achievement is really simple to get. To get it, you can simply join a Multiplayer server, or make one yourself and wait for another player to join.
A Part Of Life
To get this achievement, you have to die at least 10 times.
The quickest way to do this is by jumping into water without any swimming parts until you get the achievement.
Overpowered
To get this achievement, have a creature with 15 abilities.
A way to do this is by attaching the following parts on a creature:
Duo-Brachium
Duo-Crus
Webbed Foot
Feathered Toothbrush (see I Believe I Can Fly for Adventure Mode obtainment method)
Colgate™ Commercial
Mohawk Fin
Unihorn
Lobster Tail
Evil Ear (Found in Farm, Race minigame area at the lower left of the map)
Speed Demon
To obtain this achievement, have your creature's speed be of at least 4m/s.
A method to do this is by attaching 2 Duo-Crus legs, Webbed Feet and at least 14 Mohawk Fins to the default "Pill" creature.
Go The Distance
This achievement is really simple to get, but not easy. To get it, travel over 10km in total. To put it simply, run around a map a lot.
Heavyweight Champion
To get this achievement, you must make a creature that weighs at least 500kg.
A method of obtaining this achievement is via making a creature with at least 12 bones and thickening all of their bones to their maximum thickness.
Gladiator
To get this achievement, finish 10 battles.
Battles are activated by entering areas displayed on the minimap as 2 swords clashing. Battles require you to kill waves of NPC creatures.
It is recommended to use creatures with great offensive capabilities to win Battles, such as health, speed and damaging abilities.
Hackerman
This is the simplest achievement in the game.
To obtain it, go to the game's menu and click on Settings, then Gameplay, and click on the "Source Code" button, under "Unlocked Achievements".
Mountaineer
To obtain this achievement, you must get to the highest point in every map, marked by a flag you must touch. It is recommended to use a light, winged creature for this achievement.
List of flag locations:
Island: On the platform where Feathered Toothbrush is found on.
Farm: At the top of the mountain above the cave's entrance.
Sandbox: On the upper left corner of the map
Cave: At the far left of the map, where the entrance to Farm is at.
City: At the far right of the map, on top of a building. The top of this building also has a circle with an "H" symbol on it.
Gray Hairs
This achievement takes patience. To unlock it, do not die or edit your creature for a real time hour.
Rampage
This achievement is simple to unlock. Simply, kill 100 NPC creatures while playing.
Taxidermist
This is a difficult achievement. To unlock it, you need to unlock every body part in the game.
A tip to lessen this achievement's difficulty is by attaching a nose and an ear, which increase the minimap's body part detection range. Body parts appear in the minimap as "?" symbols.
We're Alike
This achievement is complicated to get. To get it, you must make an NPC think that you are one of them by creating a similar (not necessarily perfect) replica of them.
Take in mind that you must:
Have only the body parts they have (and the same amount of them)
Have the same pattern they have
Have similar body colors

Of course, if you want to get this achievement done really quickly, download this creature and get near a Snake NPC.

Painter
This achievement is really similar to the "Taxidermist" achievement. To obtain this achievement, you must unlock every pattern in the game.
Check the "Taxidermist" section on tips for this achievement.
Minigamer
To obtain this achievement, you must win 10 times in any minigame.
Minigame list and how to beat them:
Pirate Captain (Island): Stay on the wrecked ship until time runs out.
Race (Farm): Run 3 laps around the race track before anyone else does.
Build Battle (Farm): Compete against other players by building a creature as accurate as possible to a given prompt.
Fruit Fight (Farm): Team minigame. Have more collected fruits than the opponent team to win.
Football (Sandbox): Team minigame. Have your team score the most goals.
Cave Critters (Cave): Kill the most spiders to win.
Kaiju Hunt (City): Assymetric minigame with 2 roles. As the hunters, you and your team must kill the Kaiju creature before time runs out. As the Kaiju, you must survive the hunters until time runs out.
On A Mission
To obtain this achievement, you must complete every quest in the game. Quests are marked on the Minimap with this symbol.

This symbol will be referred to as a "crosshair".

Below is a list of every currently in-game quest and their completion method.

Island Quest: Make an armed creature and find all shells in the map, then place them in the wooden bucket.
Farm Quest #1: Find the Wishing Well and place 3 coins inside it. The coins are scattered around the Wishing Well area.
Farm Quest #2: Go inside the cave section by the waterfall and grab a bone. Then, find a Dog NPC and drop the bone on top of it, it will become tamed. Note that you must repeat this with every dog in the map for it to count.
Farm Quest #3: Go to the Camping area, and grab the key inside the tent on the right. Then, go to the Ruins area and drop the key on the chest. This quest will also unlock the Crown part.
Sandbox Quest #1 and #2: Place 3 red stars inside the big red bucket. Repeat with 3 blue stars and the big blue bucket.
Cave Quest: At the starting area. Place 5 coal chunks inside the minecart, at the Spawn area. To get coal chunks, grab a pickaxe and click a coal boulder 5 times. The first coal boulder is found near the Spawn area, while the rest of them are found in the Mineshaft.
City Quest #1: At the Cave entrance. This quest is similar to the Cave Quest. Collect 5 coal chunks and place them inside the blast furnace, which appears as a crosshair on the minimap. You only need to mine 2 coal boulders, as 3 of them are already available to grab.
City Quest #2: In the supermarket area. Find a hotdog, a pretzel, a cookie, a coffee cup a donut and a soda can, then place them all in the shopping cart by the supermarket's entrance.

Just a note for the "Grey Hairs" achievement, sitting on the editing stand while in "Play" mode pauses the food bar so you can go afk while waiting out the hour

I wont use it, but thank you! I saw the guide was outdated, so I decided to put info about all the quests there myself.

Hey, just saw your request to link my quests guide in this one, and I thought I should reply here to be sure you saw. I would be happy for you to link to my guide! But you should know, it's out of date, as I haven't played Creature Creator for a few years.

Anyway, this is a very nice guide! :104:

Don’t follow this guide if you respect OG CC players. It’s more than just some achievements; it’s a symbol of their early commitment and grind. Let them keep their exclusivity.

Show your respect by appreciating their rarity, not owning it. Some things are better left untouched.

THIS IS CHEATING!!
