- Reduced the frequency of phrase appearances, based on comments.
- Made the selection of shouted phrases random.
- Shortened the phrases so they don't clutter the screen and are easy to read in the moment.

Really sweet mod as always Mosni, is it possible to implement settings to make them more rare? i think seeing one in 1/5 battles would be my sweet spot personally. Not sure how that works
