Depth Skimmer ConTracker (tier: Gravel)

A custom ConTracker with 4 tiers, animated sonar screen, jigglebone animation for the antenna, and albedo. Works just like the original ConTracker in-game, even with the taunts.
Includes a suggested ticket with 84 new contracts to keep you sailing through the battlefield.

Idea of implemention;
1. Same tier as the Jungle Inferno Contracker
2. New contracts, so new tier levels
3. The Contracker works like a strange weapon, leveling up one tier every 2000 kills (in the contracker slot)
(and a possibility for the Jungle Inferno Contracker and for the Depth Skimmer to be able to choose a skin between the tiers that you have)
