Save files are stored within both your PC and the steam cloud. Sometimes things do happen and saves will need restored. This will walk you through how to do that

Open up your bloobs game and click the restore save file button below your save slot.



Confirm on the next box that you wish to do this.



And that is it, you should be good to go. Happy Bloobing

If that did not work for some reason hop onto the next section.

Bloobs keeps several backup files locally on your PC, this bit will go through how to restore from them if the first method did not work.

Navigate to the main menu of bloobs and leave your game open. You should have a screen like so.



Once you have done this we need to locate the files on your local system. If you hit CTRL + E on your keyboard it will open a windows explorer window.

Once you are there, you will want to head to this location

%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Bloobs_Dev\Bloobs Adventure Idle

Just simply paste that in the explorer bar at the top and it should bring you right to bloobs folder.



Once you are there you should see something very similar to this.



Double click/Open the backups folder and find the file with the most recent modified date. In my example below it is SaveFile-3.es3



NOTE The file corresponds to your save location. Files that are simply SaveFile- will be for slot 1, files that are SaveFile1- will be slot 2, files that are SaveFile2- will be for slot 3

Click that file once, hit CTRL + C and then navigate back to the first folder we opened up
hit CTRL + V and replace any file if it asks you to do so.

Now open bloobs back up and try to load your save if you have your save, awesome.

If not, feel free to try the 2nd newest file in my example that would be SaveFile-3.
