How to get 50-60 FPS with Low Spec PC Settings
By DC| TehAgent
This is a simple guide on how to set your graphics option in order to have the game still look great, but also get 50-60fps. The goal is a good balance of smooth gameplay performance while still looking great.

This is not about maximum framerate, as we are going to cap our FPS at 60. What we want is no noticeable dips in framerates for a smooth, good looking gameplay experience.

Graphics Settings
Using these settings, I am getting 50-60fps except in rare cases in a wide open area - even then still 45fps or more.

I have a bare min spec GPU - 1070ti. CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600x, 32gb RAM and everything is on SSD.

These settings give better FPS than anything Ive found on Nexus Mods thus far. There IS a tradeoff in having to play at 1600 x 900. You will get 45ish FPS with these settings on 1080p, with dips into the high 30s in some wide open outdoor areas.

here are console commands that will boost your fps if you dont care about achievments

r.fog 0 (1 is default)
sg.postprocessquality 1 (2 is default)
r.bloomquality 0 (5 is default)
r.volumetriccloud 0 (1 is default)

playing on my 2 year old Gaming laptop

RTX3050 4GB,
Ram 8gb,
AMD Ryzen 5 6600
Windows 11

As you can see its not meeting minimum requirement, so I just go experimenting on it:

Settings on Everything Low, I think I didnt go tweaking like the one on that image guide but I will try on that

with trial and error using nexus optimizing mod:
Oblivion Optimizer
RainFPSFix
Remove Volumetric fog
Lumen Begone
Disable Lumen Outdoor
** I don't need that kind of fancy shader or whatsnot as long it perform quite well in many game I played**

Disabled every bloatware from running, background process that I dont need, leaving only with steamapp running and some of the unkillable microsoft service

its not about ram if dude has 32 gigs.

Or. Just buy more RAM. If you can afford this game you can afford new RAM. If you cannot afford new RAM you shouldn't be buying $50 games.

i tried all this, im in a cave so it seems fine, but i had to turn on motion blur, its actually nice in this game, and also yes abolutely FSR ultra performance is the only way i can play this.

why no FSR or framegen?
