Just like with mentioning recoloured roles, you want to type [[~#]], where # is a 1-3 digit number! That's it, that's all you have to do. I'm not listing all the numbers because ♥♥♥♥ that, but rule of thumb is to check a role number from my role recolouring guide and multiply it by 4 minus 1 for that role's achievements (that should be Win 25 Games, minus 3 for Win 1 Game, minus 2 for Win 5 Games, and minus 1 for Win 10 Games). For example, Admirer is Role #1, Admirer's 1/5/10/25 Game Achievements are [[~0]], [[~1]], [[~2]], and [[~3]] in that order. This only works for the roles from 1-51, any further and they get more random.


One issue I've found, if at any point you try to do one that DOESN'T exist, it will not work again for you in that lobby. No idea why.
