Pwnmaster's Apothecarian class

Adds an apothecarian class. has a wide aoe ability, a plant summon, and a passive that gives a chance to restore a potion charge on kill and gives agility per player level.
This class's main stat is focus.

also comes with 3 subclasses, each with a different role.

Mad scientist: passive intelligence per level and a debuff potion thats good for crowd control

Herbalist: passive vitality per level and a targeted heal, good for tanking

Potion master: passive attack power per level and drinking a potion gives +50% movement and attack speed for 10 secs,
has a potion recharge ability that works on other players as well on a long cooldown, good for weapon builds and team support

Class title: 3 max mana per level
