Here is what you have to do:

1. Go to the Installation Folder of this Game (An easy Way to do so is by rightclicking the Game in your Steam Library and choosing "Manage" and then "Browse local Files".

2. In the Game Folder open the following Folders: \base\bink\ingame\oldgame.

3. Copy the File "oldgame_in.bik".

4. Go back in the Folder \base\bink.

5. Paste the File "oldgame_in.bik" here.

6. Delete (or Rename) the File "loadvideo_pc_xboxone.bik" in this Folder.

7. Change the Name of the File "oldgame_in.bik" to "loadvideo_pc_xboxone.bik".

8. Start the Game after this Procedure.

9. You'll notice that the Bethesda-Machinegames-ID Startup-Videos have been skipped and exchanged by the Intro of the "Nightmare-Secret Levels" of this Game=)

That's right. I've read somewhere that the Game itself takes quite a while to load up, and that time is normally gapped by the (longer) Startup Videos...

It only shortens the time to the main menu by about 5 to 10 seconds but it does change the annoying videos to a simple black screen. :bundleofjoy:
