(WIP) Keystone Harbor

Sometimes you just gotta get away, head to the coast! See the sights (factories), take in the sound of the waves (and factories), the smell of saltwater! (and factory runoff)

Welcome to Keystone Harbor, one of those countless harbors that dotted the eastern seaboard in the first half of the twentieth century. Switchers poke their way through the streets and alleyways, over the bascule bridge that separates the river from the mighty Atlantic, and under the shadows of towering cranes.

You'll notice that this layout's very much a work in progress; that fun little bit about coastal getaways? I'm doing that myself for the next week, meaning this is about all I can build before the competition ends. But the way I see it, this is a good opportunity to see what works and what doesn't before too much is built, so feedback is more than welcome!

This layout is practically built around Ridge Rider Harris's tugboats, and Seraph's Model T pickup and taxi, so make sure you're subscribed to those.
