The secrets in Revita is just success and give and each secret have a reward. Here is a list about secret with a good reward :

-Locksmith (Use Keys to open 30 Gates) Reward : Crossroad

-Medicine (Collect 10 HP pickups in a single run) Reward : Double HP

-Cat Appreciator (Pet the cat a total of 10 times) Reward : Cat Room

-Cleansed (Remove 5 curses) Reward : Talisman Pick Up

-Nearsighted (Defeat Denial, by shooting them while they have their eye open) Rewaard : Eye of Denial

The Caretaker give the secrets' reward.

In revita, there are 8 basic weapons. There is the weapons, their advantages and disadvantages :

-Soul gun :
The soul gun has no advantage and no stat multiplier. That a dumb weapon.

-Machine gun :
The machine gun is the dumbest weapon. It does ridiculous damages and it has a decent accuracy.

-Sniper :
The sniper is very good weapon. It does big damage, it has a good shot speed but his accuracy
and his fire rate are dumb.

-Blast gun :
The blast gun doesn't shoot bullet but shoot laser. Otherwise, it has bad stats.

-Charge gun :
This gun increases his fire rate while shooting continuously. His stats is average.

-Shotgun :
The shotgun shoots 3 quick bullets but it has basic damage, short range, bad fire rate.

-Orbit gun :
It shoots 3 bullets too but this bullets turn around the player. It has basic stats.

-Rocket launcher :
The rocket launcher shoots a missile. The missile's explosion cause damage to the ennemies and
to the player. It has a bad fire rate and bad accuracy. If this weapon is used just after a jump,
the player gonna jump more higher

The weapons are not available from the start of the game.

The Seeds in Revita are random in th beginning of the game, but later, they can be choosed.

The Bosses of Revita is predictable. For exemple, the sign on the Denial's TV indicate his attack. Also, if the player defeat a boss whitout taking damage, the boss give is memento (All memento give 1 max HP).
