Introduction
So this is a complete guide on how to free all the ghosts in Ghost Master: Ressurection
I will try to keep this guide as clear and simple as possible so that it is easy to follow and execute in-game.
Note that you can use guides from the original game, however, I noticed some differences between levels in both games so for this version, I'll recommend you to use this guide.
ACT I
Hunting 101
Starting with the tutorial map, the In Hunting 101 goal is simple.

Scare everyone out of the house and that is it. On this map, we have only 1 Ghost which is Weatherwitch which is stuck in a vacuum cleaner between the main hall and ground floor bathroom.

To free Weatherwitch all you have to do is bind Cogjammer to the radio on the shelf above and use his Wild and Crazy ability, after that Weatherwitch will join you for the rest of the game.

The next part is to scare everyone, this can be done with any ghost of the player's choice so this is up to the player.
Weird Seance
Weird Seance is the first actual scenario where the player starts.

In this scenario, one ghost that we need to have is Aether, since it is the only ghost we have that is capable of freeing Terroreyes.
But First things first, there are 3 ghosts that we can free which are Terroreyes, Lucky and Wendell.
I will skip on how to free Wendell since it comes along with the main goal of this map to scare everyone.

Freeing Lucky
So starting, it is best to free Lucky first before we start scaring humans.
Lucky is bound to a Pinball machine where he is safe. Freeing him is quite simple and for that, we need any human to win the game.
To achieve this we need Lucky to use Charm when a human approaches Pimball to play it, this will allow human to win the game which will free Lucky, Keep in mind that Lucky will use Spark after casting charm which will scare human away soo better order him to not cast anything else or cancel it right after.

Freeing Terroreyes
Next on the list is Terroreyes which is located next to the window on a shelf inside the Jar.
To free him we simply need to place Aether relatively close to his location "Binding Aether on the outside behind him is a good place"
Now all you have to do is command Aether to use his Piping ability which will breake the jar and free Terroreyes.

Now all that is left is to scare all the humans so pick any ghost you want and go, keep in mind that to free Wendell we need to scare away the group leader which is also part of the main task to scare everyone.
Calamytivill Horror
Calamityvill Horror is the first scenario where our main goal is not to scare everyone away instead we need to help humans report 2 out of 3 skeletons that are hidden on the map. Each skeleton has a ghost bound to them so it is wise to plan out which ghosts we want to free first.

Note that with a little bit of time management and planning, it is possible to free all 3 ghosts in one run, however, this has to be made in a specific order, otherwise you will have to play this mission again.

Maxine Factor
Starting, I would recommend player first free Maxine Factor and leave Static for the end since he is the fastest and easiest to discover. Maxine Factor is located in the attic of the house in a room that was barricaded and to free her, we need to send any adult female to the room where her skeleton is and make them use the cosmetics that are on the table, remember that plasma here is on the limit soo a little spook here or there will not hurt anyone ;)

Soo Starting off, the easiest way is to place Boo in the attic and use his Rattle Chains ability which will attract humans to his area, this is obviously not required straight away but it might speed up the process if one is lucky enough. Next is to use Maxine's Intrigue ability which will attract 3 random humans to her room, these humans will remove the barricade and open her room and after that one of them will go to the middle floor to call the police.

So now we have her skeleton but she is still not free, and that is it because we need a female to use her cosmetics, and for that, we just need to spam her Intrigue ability until a female is being affected by it, then turn it off when she enters her room.

Arclight
Now it is time for Arclight.
He is located in the basement behind the brick wall in a secret room and to free him we need a human to check that hidden area.
This task will require 2 of our ghosts to fulfill specific requirements for that.

Starting off, we need to bind Stonewall to the zone next to the secret wall and use his Tremor/Quake ability to make a brick fall off from the wall, next assuming that we already have Maxine Factor on our side, we can move Stonewall to the rooftops and bind him to the flower pot on the roof, and make him use his ability again "This is required to free Static but it is better to do it right after so that we do not waste time".

Now that we have a hole in a wall, we have two options. First, we can place Boo in the area next to the wall with the hole and use his Rattle Chains ability to lure someone to investigate the hole at some point, which will free Arclight OR, we can bind Boo on the ground floor and use his Rattle Chains and Leak ability to make plumber arrive on the map and investigate the hole which will free him too.

Static
Now we can free Static which is the easiest one to free at least to me, soo if we didn't moved the Stonewall to the rooftops and make him use Quake/Tremor to shake off Static's bones out of the chimney, then now its the last chance to do it!

After we let his skeleotn fall down the chimney, we yet again have two options on how to make it work.

Easy one: We need to move Boo to the living room on the ground floor and make him use his Kinesis ability, this will shake the bones and make them fall down the chimney into the room freeing Static straight away

More Complex way: We can bind Ghastly to the Piano or Terroreyes and make them lower the temperature of the room, which will make humans try to ignite the fireplace. After the attempt, grey smoke will come out of the fireplace and humans will call the plumber again to clear the chimney.
After that Plummer will make the bones fall down the chimney into the room, freeing Static

After police discover two skeletons, mission will be completed
Summoners Not Included
Summoners not Included is quite straight forward scenario, but twist is that we are not allowed to scare any humans away, otherwise we are going to fail the mission since it requires us to have 3 Mortals to complete the ritual of summoning the Darkling which is the main ghost of the game...

On this map we have 3 ghosts that can be unlocked during our gameplay which are Moonscream, Raindancer and Wisperwind. While Wisperwind and Raindancer can be unlocked straight away, best way to unlock Moonscream is to leave her to the very end since her requirements are that she need to be seen by mortal but lets start the walkthrough.

Note that Raindancer is unlocked by progressing in mission soo I will include the requirements and steps along the guide.

Recommended ghosts for that lever are:
  • Aether
  • Boo
  • Stonewall
  • Whatever else you like

Wisperwind
Wisperwind is locked in Dream-catcher in one of the corridors and to free him we need to brake it, this can simply be done with the help of Aether and its Shattering Song ability.
Nearby where Wisperwind is located there is a tire on the ground to witch we can bind Aether to, from there we can command him to use his ability which will brake dream-catcher and free him

Freeing Raindancer and opening the basement
From the beginning we know that the are where we have to lead mortals to is in the basement but there are no stairs leading to it inside the cabin. That is except for the stairs that are located behind the cabin that are covered by leafs. While they are covered, mortals will not be able to find it soo we need to help them and with that we need Stonewall and his quake ability.

We have to bind Stonewall near the entrance to the basement and use quake to clear the trapdoor from the leafs.
So now the doors are visible for the mortals but there is lock on them soo what do we do now?
Well there are two ways of dealing with them.

First we need to bind Stonewall next to the outerhouse and make him use quake again to shake off the wasp hive that is scaring away mortals from using it. When this is done, one of the mortals will use it, freeing Raindancer at the same time, then it will grab the key that was hidden behind the wasp hive and use it on the lock to open the basement.

"Note: If you clrea out the basement door before freeing the Raindancer, there is a chance that mortals will simply grab the key straight away without using the toilet before so it is better to clear the hive first just to be sure"

Alternative way is to Bind Maxine to the axe that is outside and use her Intrigue ability to lure mortals in which one of the mill grab the axe and use it on the lock, opening the door at the same time.

Freeing Moonscream and finishing off
Now that we have basement open, we can now prepare everything for the ritual and for that we need boo and his Kinesis ability, since the book that we need to perform the ritual is hide on top of the boxes, mortals are not able to see object at such places so we need to make the book move to them.

Now that we have the book on the floor we need mortals to perform ritual so to lure them down, we need to use Boo's Rattle Chains ability to lure at least one of them to the basement, when one will be lured, rest will follow.

OK, ritual has begin but something is wrong and insane Doctor Krauss has arrived to the place and made our mortals volunteers to leave the basement.
This is the part where we can free Moonscream without any casualties since we still need 3 mortals and Doctor is only a thread soo now we need to get rid of him by scaring him out. In the main time we can command Moonscream to use hers Strange Vision or spooky surprise and reveal herself to the doctor, freeing herself at the same time.

Now that we have all our ghosts free, we can now scare the shii out of Dr Krauss and make him flee, after that our mortals will go back to the basement to finish the ritual and partially summon their demise :)
Act II
Deadfellas
Deadfellas is a level that is located on a moving ship and its goal is quite simply. All we have to do is to make Al Capone to flee, go insane or simply believe in ghost, we don't need anyone else to to scare but doing soo will maintain our plasma supply for future spooks.

Keep in mind that this level is quite compressed soo rooms are relatively close to each other which might become helpful with main task but painful with freeing ghosts.

Recommended ghosts for that are:
  • Boo
  • Lucky
  • Raindancer
  • Rest is up to the player

So we have 4 ghosts stuck on this ship and they are:
Fingers who is is bound to piano
Flash Jordon where she is stuck in ashes urn
Knuckles that is bound to Roulette table
Wavemaster who is stuck in a water pump under the ship

Wavemaster
Starting with Wavemaster because she is relatively easiest to free but I've noticed that mortals don't want to follow instructions that will lead to her freedom if they are spooked at specific level, so I recommend to get to her first before anything else.

Wavemaster is stuck on the pump and to free her we need mortals to use the pump which can be done by them by pulling the lever that is located at the very back and bottom of the ship in the engine room.

Ok soo first we need to set few conditions to lure them down and make them turn the pump on and for that we need Boo. "Boo will be helping us many more times with freeing ghosts" First of all, we start by binding Boo to either of the engine rooms at the bottom of the ship then we order him to cast Leak and Rattle Chains. Chains will draw the attention of mortals to the bottom of the ship and Leak will convince them to use pump. "Note as I said before, I recommend to do it at the beginning of the game for the highest chance of succeeding" After a while, one of the lured humans will pull the lever and free Wavemaster.

Flash Jordon

Flash Jordon is located in Capone's bedroom inside the urn of ashes opposite to the table.
To free FJ we need to break the urn and let her posses someone "Just like Arclight" and to do that we need to bind Raindancer to the bottles that are on the table on the right from the bed, after that we want her to cast Hailstorm which will break the urn. Now we need to wait for any mortal to enter the room and then FJ will be free.

"Yes I know this is easiest ghost to free but looking back at it, Wavemaster needs specific interaction to be free while all FJ needs is to brake her prison and have mortal nearby. Wavemaster is easy but gets progressively harder over time"

Fingers
Fingers i located in the lobby nearby piano and to free him, he needs to hear the melody which caused his death. So main way of freeing him is to remind him that melody.

To do that we need to lure mortal that whistles this specific melody to the lobby.
Further investigation shows that the only mortal that remembers that melody is chief which usually stays one deck lower and hardly ever leaves that area. Usually chief don't like to leave his kitchen soo we need to help him a little bit, so to encourage him to go and socialize with others is by scaring him out of the kitchen which can be done in many different ways and does not require a lot of effort to do so.

We can also bind Boo to the lobby room to lure more mortals there, this is not required but with his Rattle chains ability, it will be easier to lure there chief too when we manage to get him out of the kitchen. Besides that I will be useful to have few more mortals around when freeing knuckles.

Knuckles
Knuckles is bound to roulette table, opposite to the room. Knuckles is also very simple to free but it requires a little bit of timing and patience since we need mortals to play the roulette and win 3 times. This is where Lucky comes in with his Lucky Rain and Charm ability, the only problem here is to get mortal to play which is very common but they walking to roulette is random as with every other location, so for that we can also use Boo to lure multiple mortals there and wait for one to play. When we finally get a mortal to play, we need Lucky to cast his Lucky rain or Charm and let them play, after the player wins 3 times, it will free Knuckles and we can let the carnage begin :)
Facepacks & Broomsticks
Ok soo here we go again back to the first map from the entire game and first one that has ghost with different conditions for freeing comparing to the original version of the game, however, all these changes does not make any difference or any harder to do.

The main goal is to scare away all the witches which are protected by their magic.
There is not much to say about this mission other than this is the first mission where we are able to have our ghost banished for the rest of the run so proceed with caution

This level contains three ghosts along with Weatherwitch but only if we did not free her in Spooking 101, ghosts that are on this map are:

Firetail
Hogwash
Tricia
Weatherwitch "If not freed in Spooking 101"

Recommended ghosts are:
  • Two Ghosts of players choice
  • Stonewall
  • Raindancer or Wavemaster
  • Wisperwind or Aether

DISCLAIMER!
I will explaining the difference between the original game and the way that we have to do in Resurrected version of the game, I will apply the same logic for any other ghost that has different way or slightly modified conditions or area where it is locked up.

Protection circle and Firetail
OK soo freeing Firetail is directly linked with removing the protective spell from witches, which is way different than it was in original game, however, in terms of difficulty they have the exact same curve of difficulty for that so lets get into it.

Starting off, the protective circle is located in the basement right next to the stairs and it also has Firetail bind to it to keep it on the witches, this spell prevents the effects of our ghosts to affect them "Similar to Fingers calming ability".

Original version method
Soo to get started, unlike it was in original version of the game where to free Firetail and removing the protective spell we only need Raindancer being bind to the fetter of her type that is included in the protective circle, and casting Rain ability to extinguish fire of Firetail to free him and remove protection.

Ressurection version method
In Ressurection we need to bind all of our elemental ghosts to their respective elements in the protective circle and when this happens, Firetail will be free along with making the witches vulnerable to our attacks, but bare in mind that they will still be able to banish our ghosts if one is not careful enough.

Tricia
Tricia is located in a mirror in a ground floor toilet and to set her free, we need a mortal that will have something that she can replicate easily.
Fortunately we have a mortal with a name Blair that has exactly same hair as Tricia so all we have to do is to lure Blair to the bathroom downstairs and that is it. The only problem is that Blair likes to use the toilet upstairs soo we have to make her change the preferences for that matter which is quite easy to achieve.

Hogwash
Now last to set free is Hogwash which is located in a pumpkin lantern near the back door of the house and conditions to free her is to bring some electic device to her. Fortunately there is one mortal that happens to walk everywhere with his headphones on so we need to lure him down to the area. Note that in this version he is not vurnerable to sounds soo using Boo's Rattling chains will be useless, instead one could use Foo's Errand and hope for him to roam to towards Hogwash.

But Easier way is to simply scare him to the point where he leaves the house.
Note: In original version of the game, it was also possible to use Tricia's Etheral gift to set her free but I have tried that and nothing really happend so I am not sure if this works in Ressurection version.
The Unusual Suspects
The Unusual Suspects is another mission with some changes to the gameplay and freeing ghosts. However, the changes are not that drastic, so the player should not have any issues finishing this mission.
But now, starting off, the same as in the original game, we have 3 ghosts to free. One is hidden and does not require any mysterious or complicated way of freeing him, so we will start with him.

So ghosts that we can free in this mape are:
Blue Murder which is located in the morgue on the basement floor
Electrospasm which is also located in the basement next to the cell where the professor is locked
And Banzai hidden on the map.

Recommended ghosts are:
  • Terroreyes
  • Raindancer
  • Stonewall
  • Whatever player prefers

Banzai
Starting with freeing Banzai since it is the easiest ghost to release on this map.
Banzai is hidden in a flower pot next to the left doors of the lobby, in the corner between the mirror and the door to the main section of the police department.
Note that he does not appear on the list of ghosts that we can interact with, nor does he appear on the map, however, binding any earth element ghost to the flower pot will free Banzai from his prison.

Note: In the Original game, conditions for freeing Banzai were exactly the same but he was bound to an actual bonsai tree plant that was located on the right side from the main entrance, in Ressurection, he is located in the top left corner of the main lobby in a boring flower pot.

Blue Murder
Now that we have the Cooler Stonewall, we can move toward freeing Blue Murder.
She is located in a morgue in the basement of the Police, and to free her, we need to expose the corrupted cop who betrayed her and caused her death.

We don't know who the corrupted one is but we can find out, for that we need Terroreyes or any other ghost that can attract people to the area like Boo or Quiver but Terroreyes is the best option since he attracts the specific location.

We bind Terroreyes to the pile of cash that is located in the evidence room and use his fascination ability to attract a few officers if everything goes well, we should get a scene where one of the cops is taking money from it, which will be the corrupted cop that we need to send to Blue Murder.

There is no specific way of attracting him to her, one can even use a secret passage ability that will teleport mortals to the morgue if one is lucky enough, but by simply using Blue Murder's obsession we can easily attract him, keep in mind that he only need to enter her room and does not require to inspect her body or anything.

Electrospasm
Electrospasm is quite simply free, all we have to do is bind Raindancer to the sink that is the opposite of him and use her flood ability to flood the room which will free him.

Additional info
The stairwell bug does not exist in this version of the game so we can use it freely.
We can unlock cells by using a spark or blackout on the panel at the end of the corridor of the cells or simply quake/tremor will work, however, this will destroy other electronic fetters soo better be careful.
Poultrygeist
Poultrygeist is a relatively simple mission that is all about scaring the poop out of everyone.
This is a relatively easy mission that mostly revolves around protecting and scaring out everyone inside the house.

In this map, we are revisiting Calamitiville house which means that we can free all the ghosts if we didn't do that in Calamitiville Horror before. "For information on how to free them, check Calamitiville Horror walkthrough in ACT I"

We can choose any ghosts we want for this mission since we have to only free Hard Boiled which is bound to the mission anyway. "Unless we didn't free previous ghosts from this map"

Hard Boiled
Hard Boiled is bound to Carrol-Anne Hutz and it will stay with her until we get rid of every adult in on the map, however, main goal is still to scare everyone away including children except for Carrol-Anne.

Obviously there, is a catch in this mission which is the fact that mortals can call for help soo ideally it is a good idea to keep them away from the phones.

In the Ressurection version, there are two phones, while in the original game, there is one in the main hall on the ground floor.
In this version tho, one phone is located on the desk in the office in the middle floor where another one is located on the last floor next to the doorway that leads to the attic and barricaded room where Maxine Factor skeleton is.

It is not requred to prevent mortals from calling for help but if one don't want to deal with extra mortals and potential bannishement of the ghost, it is more conivinet to keep them away from the phones.

However, if the situation happens that mortals manage to use the phone, then the first call will bring Medim who will be roaming around and trying to sense our ghosts, it's a poorer version of Ghostbreaker's. But the next call will summon an actual Ghostbreaker which is a bigger threat to our mission and safety. Keep in mind that if Ghostbreaker arrives he can also call for reinforcements which will bring more Ghostbreakers to the map making it harder to defend Hard Boiled.

Other then that, there is not much to this mission, its a sort of second chance to get previously locked ghosts.

NOTE: If player tries to beat this mission with making everyone go insane, then mission will go into softlock and we gonna have to do it all over again
Phantom Of The Operating Room
Phantom Of The Operating Room is a bit more tricky to free all the ghosts, because most of them require interaction with mortals, but other than that, it is relatively easy to free all of them in a short amount of time.

Some will require some instant reaction while others will require some patience.
Keep in mind that this is also a relatively big map with many corridors so it is not a bad idea to pick ghosts that can be bonded to rooms.

The main goal of this mission is to scare off all the staff of the hospital which means that we don't have to scare the patients out of it too but it might end up that way anyway. Also keep in mind that after the first mortal has run away, 3 ghostbraker's will arrive and will make your job harder.

This map has 3 ghosts that we can free and one exclusive to the Ressurection version of the game, so there is plenty to do here.

Ghosts that we can free in this mission are:
  • Brigit which is located in the basement mortuary
  • Harriet who is bound to the child in the east wing of the hospital
  • Daydreamer who is sleeping in the operating room
  • Mummy which is hidden inside a box in the basement "Does not appear on the list of ghosts"

Ghosts that I recommend for this mission are:
  • Moonscream
  • Firetail
  • Banzai
  • Aether or Wisperwind
  • Whichever you like

Harriet
Harriet is stuck with a crying child and it will not be set free until we bring him his toy, unfortunately for us, the toy has been stolen by another child at the beginning of the mission.
So our task here is to scare that young thief and bring the toy back to the child which is quite easy but might take some time, keep in mind that mortals will bring the toy back to the child if they can pick it up from the ground.

Now the easiest and quickest way is to quickly move to the staircase where child is located and bind Firetail to the vending machine that is outside of the east wing and make him use his Human Torch ability on the thief which will make him drop the toy. After that simply wait for other mortal to pick up the toy and drope it close to the crying child, then he will go to pick it up and Harriet will be free.

In case if we miss our shot at the beginning, then worry not cuz thief will head to the lobby where he will be staying soo all we have to do is yet again scare him so he will drop the toy and let other mortal to carry it back.

Brigit
Brigit is another Banshee type ghost that is stuck to her ashes in the morgue, and to free her we need to send a mortal that is unfaithful tho his partner. We can observe after a while that Dr Seth is flirting with multiple nurses during the mission.

This is our target then, we need to make Seth go visit Brigit and to do that, the best and easiest way to scare all of the nurses that he is flirting with, after that he will go to the morgue where we can use her Strange Visions ability to reveale herselft which will set her free.

Daydreamer
Daydreamer is the easiest to free since all we have to do is to wake him up and to do that all we need to do is to bind Moonscream to the corridor next to the operating room where he sleeps and make her use her Cacophony ability. After that, he will wake up and be set free.

Mummy
Mummy is a new and powerful ghost created by the developers of the Ressurection version which means that he was never in the original game but he is still pretty easy to free. He is located in a crate with rune on top next to the boiler.

To free him, all we have to do is to bind all the elemental ghosts to the fetter next to the crate.
Soo we need to bind Banzai/Stonewall to the flowerpot, Aether/Wisperwind to the air tank next to the door and Firetail to the boiler, after that Mummy will crawl out of the crate and join us.

After we free all the ghosts, we can focus on the main goal which is scarrring of the entire staff of the hospital.

This will help new players or veterans from vanilla, because some small things on puzzles are different here.
