Intro
In all seriousness, to unlock the "Hackerman" achievement, you first have to make opening the scripting console possible.
Allowing console to be opened
To allow opening of the scripting console you have to:
  1. Open pause menu
  2. Go to settings
  3. Then "Game"
  4. And then enable (by clicking on it) "Enable console"
Opening the console (and hopefully getting the achievement)
Now that you have successfully enabled opening the console, try pressing "F8" (or any other keybind you have selected for opening the console => you can optionally go to "settings" => "controls" and then at the bottom find "open console" and bind it to anything you want)

Enjoy your achievement! :D
Closing the console
If you are stuck with the console open, it is very easy to close it.

You only need to press your keybind for opening it one more time and it should immediately close just as it opened!
