1.Steam Launch Option:

Right-click the game in your Steam Library → Properties.

Under "Launch Options", try adding one of this:
-skip_intro
-nointro
-skipintro
-novid
(depends on the game engine, e.g., Source, Unreal, etc.)

2. Delete the Intro Video Files:
Go where you installed dbd: "Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\Content\Movies\" and delete the following:
"LoadingScreen.bk2" and go into the folder "AdditionalLoadingScreen" and delete "LoadingScreenPostLogin.bk2 and "LoadingScreenPostLogin.uasset" or delete the whole folder with the files on them if want i recommend to just delete only this 2 files.

That all i can offer... open the game and only press to continue no more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ videos at the start of the game.

REMEMBER!!! DO IT EVERYTIME WHEN THE GAME GETS UPDATE !!! IT WILL REDOWNLOAD THE FILES BACK WHEN NEW STUFF COMES ON!!!
