Pyro, the burning spectre, has returned to rivals of aether with an all new burning fury! Pyro has received a substantial overhaul to his kit, with new attacks, animations, and even supers! Pyro remains a fast paced combo character who utilises his fiery techniques to reduce his opponents to ash!

SPECIALS:

Nspecial: Solar Sphere
--------------------------------------------------------
Solar sphere is Pyro's traditional fireball. it fires a burning sphere straight ahead and burns opponents on hit. You can hold down the special button to delay the launching the fireball, as well as aim it left and right while holding the special button. can also be SHIELD cancelled.


Fspecial: Fire Bomb
--------------------------------------------------------

Pyro lobs a sticky bomb straight ahead, attaching to the first enemy hit. After the fuse timer reaches 0, it will detonate, damaging the opponent and anyone near them.

Dspecial: Extinguish
--------------------------------------------------------

Pyro grabs the opponent and ignites them. If the grabbed opponent is already on fire, this attack will consume the burn and deal extra damage and knockback.

Uspecial: Living Meteor
--------------------------------------------------------

Pyro enters a stationary stance before flying in the direction of the joy stick. Pyro will then fly a second time after a short delay. This attack will travel straight up if no direction is held.

UNIQUE MECHANICS: THE HEAT METER AND SUPERS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------


Pyro's unique resource is the Heat meter. This meter will fill whenever anyone in the match is currently burned. When it is full, Pyro can use one of his 3 super attacks.



Cataclysm: Pyro lunges forward with a fiery trail. If Pyro hits an opponent, he will unleash a devastating blast of fire. Performed by pressing SHIELD slightly after Fspecial or holding SHIELD and then Fspecial with full heat meter.

Eruption: Pyro strikes the earth, creating a massive geyser of flames. Performed by pressing SHIELD slightly after Dspecial or holding SHIELD and then Dspecial with full heat meter.

Inferno: Pyro fires a massive energy wave of fire from his hands. Performed by pressing SHIELD slightly after Nspecial or holding SHIELD and then Nspecial with full heat meter. Can be performed in the air.

-If you are having trouble performing Pyro's supers, try to combo into them with jabs and tilts or buffer them behind another attack or action. (E.g., doing FTILT, holding SHIELD while the attack is being performed, then pressing Nspecial, Fspecial, or Dspecial)
