"Insert Sport" Spectran

This mod adds additional tuning options for spectran:

-custom performance (262 km/h)
-custom wrecking kits with bullbar
-custom armor kits with learning sign

-second minigun texture issue (seriously, how did this pass testing?)
-spoiler "Black Magic" now has chrome support instead of it being paintable


You may suggest anything you want to see on this mazda (except vinyls, front bumpers and spoilers there's no more space), and I'll try to add it (but I do not promise anything - I am complete noob at modelling)
