This is incredibly awful. You've made such positive contributions to the community discussions on Steam Forums. You're the last person who deserves this and I am so sorry to see that you're being treated so unfairly. :sad_seagull:

Damn, this is terrible. I wish Steam Support were actually good at banning harassers instead of supporting them. :(

This isn't just a personal issue. It's a matter of responsibility, honor, and respect for others. I hope this message reaches those who still have some conscience and that it will not be ignored as my legitimate requests have been.

I wouldn't hesitate to grab them by the collar and show them how pathetic their arrogance and incompetence are. However, I want to make it clear here: I am a pacifist and take no pleasure in seeing innocent people suffer. Unlike Wallace, who seems to revel in the suffering of others, I defend honor and integrity. I'm not here to fuel hatred, but to protect those who have no one to defend them.

Wallace and those who support him in this shameful handling of Steam support are responsible for this ongoing harassment. They have allowed these malicious individuals to continue to victimize their victims, without any accountability. My harassers remain active and will continue to wreak havoc as long as people like Wallace hide behind their positions and turn a blind eye to the real problems.
Stakanov  [author] 13 Apr @ 9:33am
For over three years, Wallace and his Steam Support team have allowed harassers and stalkers to persecute me without any serious intervention. The constant mass reporting of these individuals has continued, and many others suffer in the shadows. But instead of acting as a responsible authority, Wallace and his team have chosen to punish innocent people, like me, based on false accusations.

I have never seen Wallace have the courage to respond honestly or seek to understand my situation. For three years, they have completely ignored the harassment I have suffered, preferring to turn a deaf ear and side with the harassers, because it is easier for them to suppress an isolated individual, even if they are completely innocent. This behavior is worthy of cowards.

It is easy to hide one's cowardice behind a screen and a position of power, but in real life, people like Wallace would quickly find themselves in their place.

I'm only offering kindness and encouraging a positive community. But for Wallace and his colleagues, this pure intention is distorted into "soliciting" points. This is a deliberate lie, and therein lies the real problem: people like Wallace are willing to destroy positive efforts and support those who harass and manipulate the system for their own gain. This kind of response clearly demonstrates Steam's incompetence and disrespect for its users.

To top it all off, this coward had the audacity to shut down the discussion after uttering a serious insult, without attempting to respond or resolve the situation. This is not only an error in judgment, but a downright refusal to acknowledge the reality of the situation. It speaks volumes about the level of commitment Steam Support has to users who are simply looking to contribute positively.

Here's the full exchange between me and Steam Support, after three years of ignored harassment, unaddressed reports, and an unjustified punishment for simply spreading positivity.

The names, dates, and words are there. I didn't make anything up.
You can judge for yourself.
