Many people get "Steam Overlay" problem .
How to fix it ?
First Quit TF2
Then go game properties and disable Steam Overlay .
Ok now launch game and press shift+tab .
Now Quit TF2
Then go game properties and enable Steam Overlay .
Ok now launch game and press shift+tab .
