Ligneus Region
Ligneus Region has 25 Memory Vials and I'll try my best to mark them

Memory Vial in the Atelier
This Memory Vial is infact not acquired via exploration as you will be brought to this place by the story of the game if you can't get it now just wait until you are midway done the 3rd or 4th region

Memory Vial in the Ligneus Survey Base

Memory Vial South of the Remote Beach warppoint

Memory Vial in the Nameless Ruin

Memory Vial South of the Riverside Campsight

the 3 Memory Vials in Dux Lighthouse
this one is inside the northwest build that would become your eventual Building site

Underground of Dux Lighthouse
if I remember correctly you will need the explosive or slashing bullets to explore this area so return here once you have some or can craft it after completing Sivash Pioneer quest

Top of Dux Lighthouse
After using the Mana Circulator keep going up and you will eventually get here

the 2 Memory Vials in Arbor Botanical Garden

this one is exposed it shouldnt be hard to find as its just near the drop point from the warp spot

the 3 Memory Vials in Great Tree of Latere
from the way point just follow the flooded path going south

just a few more steps from the second vial relatively close from the 2 adjacent vials

Memory Vial North Northwest of the Babbling Brook Path

Memory Vial in the Margo Central Observation Station
shouldnt be hard to miss but 3rd floor of the ruins should be in an exposed area

Memory Vial by North North East of Clifftop Campsight or Southwest West of Warbling Garden fast travel point
this is inside the Tower that you can approach semi normally or via the zip lines another one is by following the parallel path from the 8th Imperial Laboratory and then head west still following the road

2 Memory Vials inside the 8th Imperial Laboratory
Both Vials are found on the second floor of the ruins easy to find

Memory Vial inside the Fallen Tower from the Fallen Tower Entrance warp point

Memory Vial Inside the Supply Warehouse

This Area is normally accessible via the Exploration quest once you meet a certain threshold from the Pioneer Quest in Sivash
Memory Vial on the Ritual Gate

The 2 Memory Vials inside the Stranger's Residence

this one is found in the basement of the house

while this one is found above ground

Memory Vial in the Village Chief's Old House
you can navigate this area but can not exit normally when you first get here you need to do a bit of a light parkour and enter from the second floor balcony

This marks the found Memory Vials in Ligneus Region
Sivash Region
has 15 Vials Total

Welleks Village
this is basically inside the Wellek's Chief's house second floor

2 Memory Vials in Preces Cathedral

Found in the Main Hall

Inside the Caves of the Cathedral if you did Lenja's character quest you should be able to see it

Sivash Survey Base

Northwest-ish of Rock-Concealed Campsite

by the broken pillars of Lakeshore Campsite

2 Memory Vials in Hermea Academy
in order to fully explore this location its better once you have the slashing bullet

Both Vials are in the open so it shouldnt be hard to find its just a matter of being able to interact with it

One The path going to the Mine Adjacent Campsite

Inside the hut where you meet the Neru Chief in the Neru settlement

2 Memory Vials in the Former Archive

while both are in the open its also good that you have the slashing bullet unlocked

2 vials Faltona Observatory

this one needs the slashing bullet

Eastern part of the Farthest tower inside a ruined area

Inside the building that houses the Drawbridge mechanism in the Furthest Tower

this marks the end of Sivash's exploration
Auruma Region
18 Memory Vials in Auruma

Memory Vial in Geni Settlement

Memory Vial in Ramus Radix Relay Station
this is found on the Rooftops

Memory Vial south of Ramus Radix Relay Station near a Vanguard Habitat

4 Memory Vials on Ramus Route near the Ramus Radix Station Warp point
on the surface overlooking the structure

1 inside the station on the way to the circulator

1 near an NPC on the floor where the circulator is near a broken train

1 near the "offering altar" for Corleonis made by the Geni

2 Memory Vials in Cliffside Store Ruins

on the table on the very first room on the right upon entering the larger building

on the ground that "blends well" in the smaller building in the ruins

A Memory Vial inside the Large Commercial Building

upon clearing the mana in the area go up the ladder it shouldnt be hard to find

2 Memory Vials in the Isolated General Store Ruins
as you can see there's a Kong type enemy nearby and is on the ground floor

Second Floor of the ruins shouldnt be hard to Find

2 Memory Vials in Pergrica Roots

after beating Corleonis go near the outcropping rocks east of the teleport zone

Near the Mana Circulator of Pergrica Turm

The Memory Vial on the Underground path in the Auruma Survey Base

1 Memory Vial in the largest building in the Tornus Shopping District
its on the second floor near White Punis

1 Memory Vial in the Tornus Inn Remains
Second floor of the ruins

1 Memory Vial Inside the Building that "supports" the Buildsite in Mana Transposing Ward

This Concludes all of the Locatable Vials in the game that doesnt use Story/Quest Progress well except for the 1 in the Atelier in Ligneus
