Kill the Lost, Abandoned, and Betrayed aggressors to unlock the recipe for Armor Coated Skin.


The temple is the Golden Path to the Crossroads, where we'll finally meet. Complete Place of Power 1, 2 and 3 to unlock the seals barring entry.


This quest requires you to obtain the Giant Stone Recipes which are located in the Treasure Chest at Hecate's Temple and craft the Stone Bow, Sword and Spear it at a Crafting Station. they require 7x stone each. The tribute to be paid is 50x Ambrosia Dust.

This Place of Power is marked by as statue missing its sword. Restore the statue and meet its cost to unlock one of the temple seals.

You will need much more Ambrosia Dust to restore the portal. Seek out the caves; the flowers that give Ambrosia can be picked day or night.


At last, the Portal to the Forgotten Crossroads...but it is in a state of disrepair. Seek the materials to resources to restore the portal, and you shall find me on the other side.

Filter the Dawn of Defiance Interactive Map[dawn-of-defiance.fandom.com] to locate each God's shrine and the location of the tribute to be paid.

The Forgotten Crossroads questline includes:

Ancient shrines throughout the Crossroads maintain the Olympians influence. Locate these shrines, complete the required labors, and desecrate the alters to sever their presence.


Here at the Crossroads, and on the island of your arrival are Apollo's Braziers. Find and light them all to gain entry into the shrine.


Ares demands a true feat of combat prowess to enter his shrine. Kill the golems so that you may gain entry into the shrine.


Wayward Soldiers have three camps just outside the boundary of the Dark Forest, towards the coats. Collect the medallions from their corpses and place them in the offering bowl to gain entry into the shrine.


Drink the Ambrosia Elixir for the length of a day without letting its powers lapse.


A complex goddess with a vengeful streak. Seek out pomegranates and place them in the offering bowl. Her acolytes craft a powerful brew from it....I believe it's called Vengeance.


Scattered throughout this island are Herms, tributes to Hermes. Find each one to gain entry into the shrine.


On a long-forgotten shore, it is said that there are seashells which Poseidon favors greatly. Place these in the offering bowl to gain entry into the shrine. Stamina is a must to cross the divide of water. Eat wisely.


On higher ground, a Purple Wisp can be found, drunk on the Ambrosia Nectar favored by Zeus. Kill these nuisances to gain entry into the shrine.

Building Mastery 1
Show your defiance and build in the domain of gods. Craft a hammer worthy of the tasks, then build a lumbermill to supply the undertaking.


Building Mastery 2
Show your defiance and build in the domain of gods a wood shelter.


Building Mastery 3
Mark this day with accomplishment, construct the designated utility buildable. This quest will go unchecked until you have discovered all the required recipes.


Building Mastery 4
Show your defiance and build in the domain of the gods a stone shelter.

Combat Mastery 1
Kill the Lost, Abandoned and Betrayed aggressors.


Combat Mastery 2
Seek out soldiers and kill them. It matters not whom they server, you will be rewarded.


Combat Mastery 3
Seek out and kill the Golem giants that plague these lands.


Combat Mastery 4
Avoid the Gorgon's gaze and silence them forevermore to collect my reward.

Forage Mastery 1
Bring me blackberries and raspberries, which are ubiquitous to these lands.


Forage Mastery 2
Bring me yarrow and cotton found throughout these lands, and you shall be rewarded.


Forage Mastery 3
Bring me dark resin from darkwood trees found in the Dark Forest, and amber from petrified tree stumps found in the Ancient Desert. [Requires an Iron Axe for the petrified tree stumps]


Forage Mastery 4
Bring me hard resin from hardwood trees found throughout the Mediterranean regions. [Requires a Steel Axe]

Hunting Mastery 1
Bring me 10 hare carcasses and you shall be rewarded.


Hunting Mastery 2
Bring me 10 pristine Buck carcasses for a reward.


Hunting Mastery 3
Bring me 10 pristine boar carcasses and you shall be granted a reward.


Hunting Mastery 4
Bring me 20 pristine wolf carcasses to receive a most ample reward.

Mining Mastery 1
Bring me stone to begin your mastery of mining.


Mining Mastery 2
Bring me copper ore found in the Dark Forest and tin ore found in the Ancient Desert. [Tin Ore is mined with a Copper Pickaxe]


Mining Mastery 3
Bring me silver ore found on clifftops of the Meteora and gold ore from mountainous regions. [Requires an Iron Pickaxe]


Mining Mastery 4
Bring me ambrosia crystals scattered throughout these lands. they are scarce, so be prepared to search far and wide to collect them. [Requires an Steel Pickaxe]
