Adds an Out Of Breath moodle that is displayed a bit before the Moderate Exertion moodle kicks in.
I should be able to feel how tired I am.
How frustrating, Get a debuff without any warning!?

Автор ты не совсем понимаешь как устают люди, наверное ты не занимался тяжким трудом, или долгой физической работой, мышечная усталость не обязательно сопровождается учащенным дыханием, поэтому это актуален для казуальных сборок только

It just alerts you before you get the Debuff.
Otherwise, you won't realize it until your attack speed is slowed down by the debuff: Oh ❤❤❤❤, we should retreat now.
