For this mode you will need the screen on the right. Check what gear you have or what gear you can buy (depending on if you earned money or not), if you've unlocked a new tier buy it on the upgrades tab.



On the same screen you can see the locations that you own/can buy.
Next - put the equipment you want to take with you, keep in mind you will always have T1 Event Logger and Parabolic unless you put other tier ones yourself.
Now all that's left to do is pick Deathwatchers mode, difficulty and map (on hard mode and up you have to log everything you scanned manually).






You will have around a min or two with no events.

• Before you start hauling the gear around check what camera is already there so you can set up the others without stopping to check.
  
• place audio sensors where you deem they are needed
  
• bring some heals in, just in case someone is throwing knives
  
• don't forget throw a glowstick for good luck

• don't forget to check the cameras!
  
• since you're walking around anyway, leave a spot in your inventory to pick up ritual items that will spawn around the map and store them at one spot. When the time for the ritual happens you don't have to run around wondering "WHERE IS THE PEN!!!!????"

Hunting starts with a really loud, really weird burping sound (sorry that's how it sounds to me). That same sound may repeat but quieter then the original hunting sound - that means you're too loud and entity heard you. After it heard you it will go to the location you were at when it heard you.

During the hunt, doors to the outside will be locked for short amount of time. Being sneaky and hiding is your best bet for surviving, if you can't hide make sure you're carrying a void stick or have some at the entrance and use it to stop the hunt.



now this is just my guess so take it with a grain of salt - It feels like the entity will hunt more frequently the more anomalies are missed/not scanned.

After some time and quite a few scans you can check your tablet and compare what you logged with the plant journal (I usually check when i have all the ritual items found).



Small note: events such as audio, orbs and sightings have a time limit and can be missed. Audio and Sightings can be found with Thermo for some time after but that too times out.

In case you have all the info you need for three plants, input those three on the "Ritual" tab on your tablet to see what final item you need.
That's why we made the handy dandy pile of it overtime.
Bring all the items and make your ritual.
Pray that your good luck glow stick did it's magic and light the candle to see if you were right!



Don't forget you can always leave without banishing the entity!

Gear will now always auto return unless your DeathWatchers multiplier is less than 1.75!

If your multiplayer is less then 1.75 and you didn't banish BRING your gear back to the exit zone (tablet will show when you're in a exit zone) or else you will lose it. If you did banish there no need to bring back gear.

There is no need to prep gear, pick a location and difficulty and just go look at some cameras.
Report what you find and the computer will give you info on what number to cross out. Cross them out when you see them, it will take forever to scroll to them later.



On the table you will find a flashlight that you will use to check around you because the entity will try to sneak kill you!
Keep an ear out for breathing sound as it will indicate it's sneaking up on you. When you spot the entity hold RMB to blast it with light. Flashlight has 3 charges after that it's RIP if you're not fast enough.



In the end you should be left with only 1 number per color. Change the dials on the machine to those numbers and pray you got it right!

Gear will be provided for you so don't bother with adding your own .
During day time you have 2 minutes to take the cameras and snap 6 pictures per camera for reference that you will use during night time to spot what changed.

*You can see photos on your tablet anytime during the mission.



Night time

investigation gear will be there plus one camera, go in try to get as many anomalies as you can but know that when the time is up Entity will forever be hunting.
Be fast and be precise.
