I've been looking for some detailed, but still spoilerless guide on how to get different endings in the game. I think I've found it, and would like to share it with you.

huh....so that croot Sofia can live or die, and have the good ending....if rescued all little sisters.... I left that bitch alive SOLEY for Elanor....AND to prove Sofia wrong. MAKE her live in guilt for the rest of her days...

ima just play the game if i was in Delta's shoes....or boots ig......suit? Whatever, if i was delta, i would cure and rescue all the little sisters, and then decide whether or not certain characters deserve to die or be spared, etc. then just watch a video of all the different endings, lol.

If you want a midmax of the middle ending, save every little sister til you get the first little sister gift in siren alley then harvest one then do as you please

when someone asks you to kill them walk away = good. if someone asks you to kill them and you do = bad harvest sister=bad cure her=good. spoiler free ending guide have fun

Sorry for the necro, but @SkyMechGalaxy yes, in order to get the good/bad endings you have to find every Little Sister, but if you dont feel like hunting for them then just find one, have it harvest, then return it to the vent and go back to where you found it, by then another Big Daddy will have spawned, and it will call another Little Sister

when you say dealt with all little sister, does that mean I have to find every single little sister in the game?

huh, i was sure that i would get a story of what happened to each character i saved... oh well... guess im now stuck inside my little sister's mind forever.... yay me...
