No Supply Lines

Beskrivelse
No upkeep increase for additional armies

Previous supply lines mod was broken at latest patch and apparently the modder is on a break so this mod removes supply line upkeep increases again. When original modder updates theirs I may remove this mod.

Update: Removed unnecessary UI buttons, thx for the code @Antagonistes
