Find Camp Staff Decision

Açıklama
This is a new decision for unlanded adventurers to hire new staff to serve your needs, based around the prospect of scouting for new staff of varying degrees of skill. You get what you pay for out of four options, and do not have to hire any of them if you do not wish to do so. See images for finer details. Also, i hope people enjoy

It looks like there's several choices you could use that are used in PDX scripts to make it dynamic: root_soldier_female_chance checks to see if they can be a combatant and is used for other triggers that create people in ep3 like the 'someone murders someone else' events.

So, I just adjusted this myself, but maybe when you do the next update (it works fine as-is), you might want to consider letting females arrive if the player's religion/culture is Equal. Right now you can always only get a sausage fest.

had to change namespace in code and a some event id's to fix a minor bug with ui, and also made a new ui for it. it wont affect saves, but will look different, and i hope it helps with preventing issues. sorry for any inconvenience
