There are gonna be a lot of cultures to go through because there's a large amount of cultural traits relating to building layout that are mutually exclusive. To help navigate this, I renamed the cultures from Priority 1 to Priority 17 from most traits given to least traits given (After like priority 4, you're pretty much just gonna be getting a single trait per culture). I'd just pause the map as soon as its loaded in, go to cultures window, and start going through the priority list from there. This is a fixed version of the original map since I forgot the 8th building layout trait. I don't consistently check Steam, so if another issue pops up just DM me in Discord at 2b2i or in the WB server and I'll look into it.

Works for latest version.

Weird, my best guesses are either the traits in the culture's window weren't hovered over or you enabled Forbidden Knowledge before trying to unlock the traits after opening up the world.

I can't find any missing in town plan except honeycomb, which is unlocked through the swarm achievement, although the Diamond layout is misordered to be at the very bottom of the cultural list tab. The one under iron weave should be cross (assuming I didn't mess with the default layout), which isn't missing either.
