For bookworm and arsenal achievements you will need go to Cycle 2 (New game+) for 3 bosses nucleus to trade Assis and Milliare. For 100% achievements you minimum need complete the game 1.5 times and backuping saves for diffirent ending on first walkthrough.

Materialism. After successful parry slashes immediate pressing light attack performing a running attack.
Mercy. After weapon skill immediate pressing light attack performing a dash attack.
Red Deer. If hold weapon skill you can keep your sword in sheath and move for as long as you want. Holding moving back while press or release skill you perform back dash. After second part of weapon skill immediate pressing light attack performing a dash attack.
Arbiter. Weapon skill have 2 following attack: great split horizontal by pressing light attack second time, and great split vertical by holding moving forward and pressing light attack.

Twilight Hill - Deadwoods
From branch go through passage to the right of the vending machine to the wooden platform with two hunters. Under boxes near ladder leading up to the tree there will be a helmet.

Outer-Wall Ruins – Slums – Temporary Campsite

Go across the bridge and stop at the right side end. Jump down to tower. Go to sewer to get Rusty Pipe and scavanger armor after ladder. Go down to gorge/canyon to get pickaxe, on outpost tower in chest.

Or
Normal path from area with flamethrowler robot, go up with ladder, break boxes and turn left. Shortcut door will be on left side and elevator to gorge/canyon on right side.

Sewer Town – Underground Shaft

Get to the platform with the door. In the room go up with elevator. You will find the Lost Blader, after defeating her you obtain sword.

Sewer Town – Sewer Confluence

Normal walkthrough from branch. After opening closed door, break boxes on right side, jump over to robot. Sword lies on ground to the right.

Sunked City Overground - Lounge

After you ride the zipline/go through shortcut, go past the fence in the room on the right, the sword will be at the end of the room with the exploding balls.

You can get this sword in early game.

Sewer Town – Central Garden

From the branch, go around the tree to the opposite side and there will be a teleport to the sewer. After teleport go to the left, after falling into the hatch there will be swords.

On the first floor behind of the stairs.

Twilight Hill – Withered Forest - Deadwoods

From the branch we jump straight into the poisonous zone, road sign lies on the island to the left. After road sign on the left there will be a passage, on it we turn right and after the rise there will be an arena with two necros, the spell lies on the ground. On the left side of arena there is a passage further with a branch and Lost Blader, for defeating her wewill receive swords.

Sunked City Overground – Hotel Corridor

Need Hideout Key. Go further where you defeated blader with corrupted blader longsword, the key will be on the balcony with the mud machine and fishermen.
From branch go back down to the 2nd floor and open the door with key. There will be Lost Blader, for defeating her you obtain sword.

Sewer Town – Maintenance Access

Go to door next to shortcut door. Drop down and go to end of dark room with many wooden boxes.

Outer-Wall Ruins – Abandoned Houses

Need buy the Cemetery Key from Frank in temporary campsite. From the Outer-Wall Ruins – Abandoned Houses branch, climb the shortcut stairs (after killing the second boss), open the gate with the key, go hold the left, kill/run through the arena with necros and jump down to another ledge to Lost Blader. For defeating her you obtain sword.

Normal walkthrought to arena with necro reaper and clensing knigh, drop down and move to arena with 3 necro. Claws lies in end of arena with armor set.

Outer-Wall Ruins – Temporary Campsite

Obtain for defeating a robot with a flamethrower between the Temporary Campsite and Abandoned Houses branches.

Sunked City Overground - Lounge

Will be on your normal walkthrough. 3 fishermen on the part of the highway that you get with zipline. Spell is given for defeat the fisherman with the jetpack.

Outer-Wall Ruins – Assembly Hall

For destroying the giant robot in the workshop. You need to destroy 4 parts of the pipeline. The first part is to the right from entrance, go up the ladder in the second recess. The second is to the left from main entrance, go up two stairs and go towards. then along this passage there will be a fork, on the left: the far passage to the third part, the near one will lead to the roof to the fourth part.

Sunked City Overground – High Street

From the branch go to escalators. Spell lies between pilgrims.

Twilight Hill – Dormant Array

From the branch we go down and go a long way to the right. After enemy with the scythe there will be a room and in it on the left in a white box there is a spell.

Sewer Town – Maintenance Access

First you need to knock down the giant robot by hitting his hand, then pick up the key that lies behind him. (You can't get through without killing him, his left hand is blocking the whole place). From branch go down to dark room and reach the locked door with red ambient light. Ladder up open a shortcut. The spell lies on the ground further down next to necro.
