Item Lights (RedxYeti)
One of the best recent mods I've seen so far. Makes the loot look cool and even cooler when it gets dark. Link[www.nexusmods.com]
Auto Pickup Tweaks (RedxYeti)
SDK mod that will let you choose what gets picked up from health vials to eridium to ammo. It also has an option for automatically picking up chest items as well.

Just be aware that there is a bug that wont let you open chests when you pick up ammo from it. Might be mods conflicting with each over. Link[www.nexusmods.com]
Action Skill Countdown Timer (RedxYeti)
SDK mod that adds a timer to your hud when your action skill is on cooldown. Link[www.nexusmods.com]
Better UI Controls Beta (RedxYeti)
SDK mod that enables your movement keys and use key to move and select items. Also adds a cycle favorite/trash to reload key when you're in menus.

This mod is useful if u have a keyboard with no arrow keys like me. Link [www.nexusmods.com]
End Action Skill Key (RedxYeti)
Adds a hotkey (z) to force end your action skill, so you can start the cooldown early. Only works for hosts.

Most useful on Krieg and Sal.

Situationally useful for Gaige and Axton.

Sensitivity Changer if 10 is too high (biggestcookie)
I play on 1600 dpi so this mod fixes the really high sens. I play on 5 in game sens if you're wondering. Link[www.nexusmods.com]

There probably are ways to bypass it by going offline or using a different patched game but im not sure. Its just funny to me how they're doing sh1t like this now for a 12 year old game where most ppl play solo lol.

You'll get banned if you use mods now. Now say thank you to Take Two/2K, and also waive your rights goodbye and hand over your web browsing history and everything else to them.

yes they do, so far I've had no problems with getting achievements.
