So, i see some people begin to have the issue that your units don't have a crowbar, and when you tell em to go through locked door they stare at it like monkey's.
Mostly that issue happens because of "In-Game Camo" mod, when you have it enabled your option for manual breach is not there, however you still have a crowbar, but when you remove that mod crowbar just dies and unit no more has it, however maybe some others mods also can cause that issue.
So.. if you have that issue then congrats, i know how to fix it.

First you will need to find where your roster.xml file happens to be for DoorKickers 2, i know only two places where it can be - Documents, and Appdata. You need to search for KillHouseGames file, inside it should be DoorKickers 2.. I REPEAT, DoorKickers 2, not DoorKickers, it's two separate games.
Once you found it open your roster.xml, i use a notepad for it. Now, inside you can see equipment of your units, to understand which one unit you need you have to search for their name, if you don't really know how to work with game files then just use Ctrl + F and put the name of your unit in the search bar, the one that has that issue. Now all you gotta do is to find his SupportGear3 stat, mostly if you have that issue that space either empty or has something else in it, just Ctrl+V this there: <SupportGear3 name="Crowbar"/>. If you done it correctly, congrats, now your unit will have their crowbie back, yippe! Below will be screenshots of described things to make it more clear, sorry that they're in Russian:d

I found out only now that CIA and SWAT can have that issue too, for SWAT guys that using crowbar the fixing method will be the same i think, however, if you planning to fix CIA or Militia it's kinda goes in the same but different way, instead of describing it i will just show you screenshots.

One warm night 2 little Militia men was listening to the old stories of a Leader, they asked him, "Why we have such out-dated guns and you don't?"
Leader answered - "Because we couldn't get more and better guns for you since you guys often to die in fight and lose them."
Militia pouted, thinked a little, and answered too, "Can't we just pick up enemies weapons?"
Leader - 😦.

Alright here's another one i also did.

Once in the bar was sitting Ranger, Nowheraki Swat leader, and an Black Ops CIA.
They decided to bet for 10.000$, who will be able to take most of the tangos in one night.
Ranger geared up and went all alone, he took down 30 before getting his ass beaten.
CIA used brains and got 33, completing the mission.
Leader used sappers to make the whole building go up in flames, he won with 52.
However on the next day Leader got arrested, it was civilian area with only 2 private security present.
(That one wasn't so funny, i will try to do better next time).
