The sound map
This information comes from mapping out the sounds. In the image, the "wasdx" is which octagon we are looking with: the four directions or neutral. Then the arrow direction is indicated by where on the compass inside the octagon we find the sound. Finally, the shift key (voiced) sounds are above the non shift key sounds. And the sounds on the left are keyed before hitting space, while those on the right come after the space bar input.

Sound to inputs
Using our map, we can then determine each sound's inputs. The below list gives the required inputs for each sound
* First, the sound will be listed, such as "ba"
* Then we used the "wasd" characters to represent the key needed. As neutral is also a set of sounds, those are represented as "x".
* There will then be the arrow key direction "^v<>" for up, down, left, or right.
* If the direction has a + in front, this means we need to hold shift
* Finally, the space bar timing is represented by where the "wasdx" character is. If it is before the arrow, we set up the entire key combo, then press space.
* Alternatively, if the "wasdx" comes after the arrow/shift information, the space needs to be pressed prior to the key inputs.

This allows us to note the tongue position ("wasdx"), if it is using the vocal chords ("+") and when the breath happens (forming short or sustained sounds).

I'm good with it being translated and if there any suggestions on how to improve it, let me know.
