Introduction
Hey, just creating guides for how to complete quests. I'm only going to add quests I myself have completed.

A lot of these guides have branching paths and multiple ways to complete them. I don't have these all down as I've only done one playthrough so far and I'm not super interested in experimenting fully with every possible outcome. So there could be multiple ways to complete each quest.

There's this youtuber who's making really quick and concise quest guide videos. If you'd rather watch the entire quest in 1:00 to 2:00 minutes to get a feel for it, check out his channel. He doesn't have a video for every quest but he's got a good number of them. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLJiPqTxWvDHa9MgwiWd-9uuFK764GvpDx&si=hMDSDxiWaYH6rr4T
SLS Panic
Brief Description: The first main mission of the game, Lorenzo Visconti believes there to be a psychohazard going around causing people to believe Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is a carcinogen.

Outcome: Positive disposition with CERH faction, A raise

Recommended Gear: Good Armor, Weapons

Step 1: Talk to Lorenzo -- Talk to Lorenzo and activate his "SLS Panic" dialogue. This activates the quest.

Optional Step 2: Investigate -- Many characters in the game have an "SLS Panic" dialogue added to them where they describe things they've heard about SLS or what they think. Many of these characters give you different leads and generally point you in the direction of other areas of the game. The investigative work is of course completely optional if you know where to go.

Step 3: Make it to the CERH research facility -- The entrance to the CERH facility can be found in the Famenne Wetlands. From the entrance extraction point, use your mech and boost through the water and along ledges to build momentum and fling yourself to the corner of the map. This is the corner in the direction of the two CERH workers you see from the extraction point. Once you've made it to the other corner of the map, hopefully you've landed close to the bunker's entrance. You'll be able to tell when you see CERH employees shooting at your mech. Kill them and enter the entrance and grab the extraction point.

Step 4: Fight through CERH -- CERH's facility is mazelike and must be fought through to the end to reach the NPC you need to talk to. I'm not going to give a full guide on how to do so here because it would be really annoyingly long to describe. Look up a speedrun on youtube and you'll see the best route. There's also a text guide in this "critical path" steam guide if you'd rather read: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3452314161. If you don't want to know the exact route but want general tips, you'll need to constantly check above your head because some CERH employees are stationed in a way that they are above you and will catch you off guard. Also, bring an armor-piercing weapon or scavenge one off of an enemy because at the very end you will have to fight a V-Stalker on foot.

Step 5: Talk to Jakob Grendel -- At the end of the CERH facility is an extraction point called the "Core." Here, you'll find Jakob Grendel, the leading researcher of CERH. Exhaust his dialogue options. He essentially explains that you are standing within a device that amplifies psychohazards, proving Lorenzo's theory of psychohazardous thoughts correct and making him the first psychoterrorist.

Step 6: Return to Lorenzo -- Return to Lorenzo and activate his new dialogue option, "SLS Case solved," to pop the quest and trigger the cutscene (and steam achievement). The ending explains that Lorenzo takes over the CERH research facility and absorbs it into the Psycho Patrol, meaning that when you return there, CERH enemies will no longer be hostile towards you. Additionally, you receive a 400€ / day raise., bringing your pay up from 440€ to 840€.
Talk to Chief Lorenzo
Description: The starting quest which puts you on track for the main quest.

Outcome: Unlocks main quest. Skipping this makes Lorenzo hostile at you when leaving EFP HQ.

Recommended Gear: N/A

Step 1 -- Talk to Lorenzo -- He is automatically tracked in your database. Just go up and talk to him, he's like two rooms away in HQ from where you spawn. Just adding this one to the list for posterity.

Optional: Fight Lorenzo -- If you leave HQ Lorenzo will get into a medium-sized mech and fight you instead. He can apparently be killed but I do not know if this is worth it.
Password Forgotten
Brief Description: You've forgotten the password to your computer.

Outcome: Access to your computer

Recommended Gear: N/A

Step 1: Type your password wrong -- Unlike most quests that require you to talk to an NPC, this quest starts when you incorrectly type your password in your PC. It does not make a sound or appear in the top-left text menu when it is added to your case files.

(Optional) Step 2: Ask around HQ -- Various NPCs in HQ will have new dialogue for "Password Forgotten" that will be funny and unhelpful. You don't have to talk to any of them.

Step 3: Talk to Bion -- Bion, who is your Orgone Energy construct sidekick, will have a new dialogue option for "Password Forgotten." Clicking it will reveal your password and pop the quest. For the record, your password is always LORENZOVISCONTI.
Regular Complaint
Brief Description: Francis Globozon is causing a ruckus in the EFP HQ by complaining about his passport not being approved.

Outcome: Money. Optional anger with Lorenzo through dialogue.

Recommended Gear: N/A

Step 1: Kill Francis -- The first and only step to completing this quest is to shoot Francis in the head. Killing him automatically pops the quest and you can collect his money as the quest reward.

Optional: HQ Dialogue -- A few NPCs around HQ have dialogue related to this quest. Konrad tells you to just kill him. Thierry tells you to mind control him or something. Lorenzo tells you to explain to him that he's under a psychohazard thought loop. Talking to Lorenzo or Thierry opens a new dialogue option with Francis that makes him angry. Talking to Lorenzo again, you explain you failed psychonegotiation which makes Lorenzo angry at you. Talking to Thierry again, he tells you just to wait.
Line of Credit
Brief Description: Keith Morrow is in debt and asks you to handle his debt collector.

Outcome: Disposition with Keith Morrow OR Brad Goretex & The New Syndicate

Recommended Gear: Body Armor and Good Guns

Step 1: Find Keith -- Keith can be unlocked in your database by scanning "Truth_Zone" on Y-Net. After that, you can track him. He's in an apartment complex outside of HQ. Talk to him and he will reveal his situation with being put into debt by Brad Goretex who is a loan shark working for a conglomerate known as the New Syndicate.

Step 2: Find Brad -- Brad can be found in the Happy Hoptoad bar at Versten Harbor. The Hoptoad has a save point in front of it. To talk to Brad, you will have to make it upstairs, either by killing or sneaking past New Syndicate gunmen.

Step 3: Kill Brad OR Accept Brad's Offer -- It is possible to kill Brad right here and return to Keith, but Brad gives you another quest, "Mole Mania." Brad drops 100,000€ when he is killed.

Killing Brad and going back to Keith will unlock the dialogue option "Brad is gone" which pops the "Line of Credit" quest. Popping the quest this way and talking to Keith again with his "About me" dialogue will unlock another quest, "Parallel Experiments."

Working for Brad and exterminating the Mole in the "Mole Mania" quest allows you to ask Brad about Keith, which unlocks another dialogue option with Keith. Asking Keith about "The money?" will pop the quest and prompt him to give you the money he owes Brad, which is 15,000€. This will not set his disposition lower like when you kill Brad, so you'll have to manually lower his disposition through bribery if you want to complete the "Parallel Experiments" quest. Alternatively, you may complete "Mole Mania," return to Brad for the 20,000€, go to Keith and extort him for 15,000€, then return to Brad and kill him and return to Keith and tell him Brad is dead to lower his disposition to accept the "Parallel Experiments" quest.
Mole Mania
Brief Description: Brad Goretex wants you to assassinate Primul Erdogan inside of the EFP's Anti Cocaine Task Force wing.

Outcome: Disposition with Brad Goretex and the New Syndicate, Alternate method of completing "Line of Credit."

Recommended Equipment: Strong Body Armor (Level IVA+) and Good Guns

Step 1: Talk to Brad -- Pick this up off of the "Line of Credit" quest. Accept Brad's offer to get the Mole Mania quest. This quest is impossible to complete if you kill Brad.

Step 2: Get inside the ACTF wing -- Much easier said than done. This place is armed to the teeth in guards with body armor and helmets. They take two shots to the head to kill and usually come in sets of three or more guards. It's also possible to stealth through via a secret entrance, but I'll leave you to find that yourself.

First, walk inside the little airlock room where you can find an NPC named [name]. Kill him and take his automatic shotgun, you'll be needing it. Opening the door reveals three ACTF guards behind a little barricade, the easiest way to kill them is to lob a grenade past the barricade. It's also possible to hack the automated gun in the hallway next to them to shoot them, but it's really hard to aim and you need the hacker.

Go past them and make sure to kill the fourth guard behind the pillar. You'll arrive at a door. Be careful because more guards are behind this door and to the right, coming through another door. Kill these guards and keep moving forward in the same direction, you'll end up in a room with a EFP logo and a vent. Get into the vent.

Step 3: Kill Primul -- Take the second vent exit and then go left through a doorway. Go left out of this room and then go right to find the stairs up. There are two guards on the second floor; kill them. Primul Erdogan can be found in a large room and will not fight you. His NPC dialogue is irrelevant; kill him. Fighting your way back out of the ACTF wing will be even harder because more guards spawn in after he's dead. My advice is to dump your money into stocks and simply take the DNA damage here.

Step 3: Talk to Brad -- Talking to Brad with his "Mole Exterminated" dialogue option pops the quest and gives you 20,000€ and turns the New Syndicate members passive. Choosing the "Keith Morrow" dialogue option now works since Brad has much more favor with you. This unlocks an alternate way of completing the "Line of Credit" quest, where you go back to Keith and ask him for the money he owes Brad, which is given to you and does not need to be returned.
Parallel Experiments
Brief Description: Keith Morrow wants you to infiltrate his next door neighbor's house to steal a priceless Shane figurine.

Outcome: 15,000€

Recommended Equiptment: N/A

Step 1: Gain disposition with Kent Morrow -- This quest can only be initiated once you have good enough reputation with Kent to properly view his "About me" dialogue. This can be done through bribery or killing Brad Goretex and telling Kent Morrow about it.

Step 2: Talk to Keith -- Ask about the "Rare Figurine" which will activate the quest. Keith will tell you to go next door and get the figure from Kent Moray.

Step 3: Retrieve Shane -- Kick down the door, walk into the apartment, and shoot Kent. It's possible to stealth around him, but killing him drops 15,000€, so you might as well kill him since it's not hard. Retrieve the figurine from the floor and return to Keith.

Step 4: Talk to Keith -- Give Shane to Keith with the dialogue option "Figurine Found." This pops the quest, which does not seem to reward anything on it's own. If you kill Kent, it unlocks another dialogue where you detail the "accident."
The Damp And The Dark
Brief Description: Moneytoad offers you the ability to join the Fritfrøer, but you must first complete an initiation ritual.

Outcome: Faction disposition with the Fritfrøer

Recommended Gear: Something to see in the dark (e.g. flashlight or night vision), shotgun, long-range weapon

Step 1: Find Moneytoad -- Use your Database to Track Moneytoad. He is in an alleyway in the Versten Residential area. Talk to him to receive the quest.

Step 2: Enter the Sewers -- This can be done through a couple of different routes, but the easiest is to kick open the manhole next to the Bernardi Estate save point. Once you're down in that room, there will be a Sewers save point in an adjacent room. Find it and activate it to autosave and enable fast travel.

Step 3: Navigate the Toxic Water -- Adjacent to the Sewers fast travel room, there is a room with a large gap filled with toxic water. Dive into the water in the middle of the pool and there will be a tunnel to another room which can be seen from the first room through iron bars. Once you're out of the tunnel, there is a drop and some more water to swim through. Swim out of this water quickly and up a staircase to enter the next area.

Step 4: Deal with Fleshrats -- The next area of the sewers contains six fleshrats in a small tunnel. Three of them are in front of you, while three more drop on you from behind once you're halfway through the tunnel. I recommend using a long range weapon to take out the three in front of you, and then a shotgun to take out the fleshrats that drop down. Once they're done, continue navigating through the tunnel. At the end you will find a throne-like structure which has the Frog Token on it. Collect it.

Step 5: Return to Moneytoad -- There is a pathway right out of the throne room that puts you right back next to Moneytoad. Talking to him with his new "Token Found" dialogue pops the quest.
Helicopter Trouble
Brief Description: An ACTF helicopter is about to attack Versten Residential.

Outcome: N/A

Recommended Gear: Good V-Stalker Weapons & Armor

Step 1: Complete "The Damp And The Dark" -- This quest is only accessible once you've joined the Fritfrøer faction by completing "The Damp And The Dark"

Step 2: Talk to Robert Christensen: Robert Christensen, the leader of the Fritfrøer, will have a new dialogue option for "ACTF Helicopter" once you've joined the Fritfrøer. Activating this dialogue summons the Helicopter into the Residential area and begins the quest.

Step 3: Kill the Helicopter -- Using your mech, destroy the Helicopter. This automatically completes the quest and gives Christensen new dialogue where you report back to him about it.
Noise Nightmare
Brief Description: Göran Strömfelt, the head of PotatoX, wants you to stop the noise coming from his neighbor's house.

Outcome: Disposition with Göran & 200€ OR Disposition with Charlie Rave & 5000€

Recommended Equipment: N/A

Step 1: Talk to Göran -- Göran can be found in the Versten Residential area, to the left of where you spawn from when coming from the Free City area. He asks you to stop the noise coming form the adjacent house.

Step 2: Stop the Noise -- There is a ladder in Göran's house that takes you to the roof, where you can jump over to the house the noise is coming from. There is a vent you can enter to quickly enter the area. Charlie Rave is the NPC you must kill, but you can also talk to him. He hates cops but will give you 5000€ to kill Göran instead.

Step 3: Choose -- It makes more financial sense to kill Göran since Charlie is willing to give you 25x the amount of money Göran gives you. However, Charlie hates cops. I personally killed Charlie because upholding the sanctity of the law is more important than lining my pockets. Once you've made your choice, simply return to the NPC you left alive and talk to them so the quest pops. You also get the money from the corpse of the NPC you kill, which actually makes Charlie's offer around 2500€ sweeter.
Lost Dog
Brief Description: Vladimir Chernobog has lost his dog in the Versten Residential district.

Outcome: Money, ability to purchase Silver Total Protect helmet online

Required Gear: N/A

Step 1: Talk to Vladimir -- Vladimir Chernobog is an accountant living in Versten Residential. He can be found in the same building Charlie Rave is found in, on the opposite side of the complex on the third floor. If you want to walk right into the complex without having to jump to the building, the door can be opened with "1234." Talk to Vladimir and use his dialogue option for "Lost Dog" to start the quest.

Step 2: Talk to Silver -- Silver is a military contractor found outside the espresso shop. From the Bernardi extraction point, go into the garden and take a left to find it. Silver has found the dog but tells you that it was beaten badly and he would rather take care of it now.

Step 3: Choose a side -- You can choose to kill either Vladimir or Silver to finish the quest. Killing Vladimir allows you to take his 50,000€. Killing Silver is difficult because of his powerful helmet and Vladimir only rewards you 250€, so it's better to just kill him.

Step 4: Kill your target -- Simply go to your target and kill them. Vladimir is easy to deal with since he has no armor, a single headshot will do. It's easiest to kill Silver using your V-Stalker.

Step 5: Turn in Quest -- Report back to Vladimir or Silver to complete the quest. Completing this quest allows you to buy the Silver Total Protect helmet from the shop, which is the best helmet in the game, providing you with the ability to tank 3 headshots.
Daddy Issues & Secret Of The Safe
It's easier to group these quests together because they are in effect the same quest.

Brief Description: Enzo Bernardi asks you to kill his father, Gregorio Bernardi. Luca Muller, their former gardener, tells you about a safe in the Bernerdi estate.

Outcome: Disposition with Enzo, 5000€, Minato M9 (Silenced SMG), removal of guards from Bernardi Estate

Recommended Gear: Body Armor, Good Guns

Step 1: Talk to Luca Muller -- In Versten Residential, right next to the Bernardi Estate save / fast travel point, ther is a small town garden. Inside of it you'll find Luca Muller, who explains he used to be a gardener in the Bernardi Estate before being fired for security reasons. He gives you the quest "Secret Of The Safe" to open the safe in the household.

Step 2: Gain Access to the Estate -- This can be done in multiple ways. You could rappel up the wall, kick-jump off dumpsters over the wall, open the door through force or through hacking to learn the code (it's "1234"), or by buying the key to the door from Luca for 950€. I prefer the keypad door since it's the fastest and doesn't cost you.

Step 3: Clear the Estate -- Kill all the guards at the Estate. There are only a handful. Once all the guards are killed, there is no more challenge in either quest.

Step 4: Talk to Enzo -- Talking to Enzo activates the quest "Daddy Issues" where you must kill his father Gregorio.

Step 5: Kill Gregorio -- He's on the second floor of the house. He's just a civilian, so walk up to him and shoot him. Don't forget to collect his money.

Step 6: Talk to Enzo -- Talking to Enzo will pop the "Daddy Issues" quest and unlock new dialogue with him, including dialogue where he tells you the code to the safe (it's "213"). Finishing this quest removes all the guards from Bernardi Estate when you re-load the area.

Step 7: Open the Safe -- Go to the top floor of the Bernardi Estate, find the safe, and open it. This should pop the quest, but I think it's bugged right now. Regardless, you still get the Minato M9. Also, steal all the gold and silver jewelry from the house for extra free money. I believe Gregorio is marked as owning them so you don't lose disposition with Luca for this.
Investor Panic
Brief Description: To become an accredited investor, you must complete a task for the bank.

Outcome: The ability to make a second daily transaction in the stock market.

Recommended Gear: Good mech armor and mech weapons.

Step 1: Talk to Moray Eel -- Moray works for the Bank at the Versten Harbor. Walk in and talk to him at the front desk and he gives you the quest. He explains that to become an accredited investor you must invest 15,000€ and complete a task for the bank; in this case, he sends you to collect a debt from Udo Schuldlos.

Step 2: Talk to Udo -- Udo can be found in the same apartment complex as the one Charlie Rave is found in the quest "Noise Nightmare." Take the same route to Charlie Rave as you would there and then exit his apartment to go to the one below it. Udo is found in shambles, having nothing more than a matress and pillow in his apartment. He says he doesn't even have a mortgage.

Step 3: Talk to Moray Eel --Talking to Moray after hearing Udo's dialogue gives him new options about just using force to get the money. You can go back and kill Udo for the money, or you can pay Udo's debt out of your own pocket. Regardless, pay Moray the money.

Step 4: Talk to Erwin Guilttrip -- Erwin is the boss of the bank. He tells you that Moray Eel is not the name of someone employed there. Hearing this dialogue causes Moray to flee the bank and appear next to it in a medium-sized mech.

Step 5: Kill Moray Eel -- Use your mech to destroy Moray's mech and kill him.

Step 6: Talk to Erwin Guilttrip -- Return to Erwin and he will activate premium stock features on your account, allowing you to make two stock transactions per day. He also waives the 15,000€ requirement for it, which is nice.
Eurocode Escapades
Brief Description: Mathilde van Dale lost her partner Adriaan de Jonker during an investigation into the luxury apartments.

Outcome: 15,000€.

Recommended Gear: Good body armor, Good weapons

Step 1: Talk to Mathilde -- Mathilde is right next to her car outside the luxury apartments in Versten Harbor. Talk to her and ask about "Missing Partner" to pop the quest.

Step 2: Getting access to the luxury basement -- This can be accomplished through a number of ways. First, Leonardo de Lassativo drops a key to the basement on death. Second, the basement has a keypad door that can be hacked (it's "1234"). Lastly, there is a secondary entrance behind the luxury apartments that can be opened by kicking the ground. The secondary entrance is the easiest because opening the door (key or code) causes the luxury apartment guards to aggro onto you.

Secondary Entrance guide - Kick open the manhole and fall down. There will be a ladder here so you can use it to escape later. Swim through the water to find a second ladder to climb up. Once up, shoot the vent open from a distance. There are two bombs behind the vent that can go off if you kick the vent open, so shoot it to avoid this. If the vent parts don't trigger the bombs, trigger them by shooting. Then go through. This puts you out at the secret laboratory ran by Siegfried von Result

Step 3: Get the Key -- There are a few different ways to get the key to the cells. Siegfried von Result drops a key that you can use and seemingly has no consequences for killing. The key Lassativo drops also works to open the cells, and there is a key on a desk somewhere in the cell area as well.

Step 4: Open the Cells -- Open all the prison cells. This will reveal two NPCs, the first being Bradsy Burt and the second being Adriaan de Jonker. Talk to Adriaan and he will explain how he got down there. Exhaust his dialogue options, collect 10,000€ from him, and leave the way you came.

Step 5: Talk to Mathilde -- Return to Mathilde and use her new dialogue option, "Adriaan rescued," to pop the quest. She rewards an additional 5,000€.
Apartment Wars
Brief Description: The two apartment blocks in Versten Harbor, the luxury block and municipal housing block, are locked in a stalemate for control over the entire complex.

Outcome: 50,000€ (Siding with Luxury) or 100,000€ (Siding with Municipal)

Recommended Gear: N/A

Step 1: Kill the Enemy -- Once you know which faction you want to side with, go and kill the opposite enemy. The way the quest is set up, both sides are neutral to the player before the player accepts the assassination mission. So, the optimal way to do this quest is to forego starting it entirely and sequence breaking it by killing your target first. If you're siding with the Municipal faction, go and kill Leonardo di Lassativo. If you're siding with the luxury faction, go and kill Arnold Readiness Action. If you've accepted the quest before killing the assassination target, the entire enemy side will kill you on sight instead of remaining neutral.

Step 2: Accept / Turn In Quest -- Now that the enemy leader is dead, return to the faction you will side with and talk to their leader. You must first accept the quest with the "Help the cause" or "Turn the tide" dialogue option, and then exit and re-enter dialogue for the new option to appear where you report the leader is dead. You receive 50,000€ for completing the quest no matter which side you choose, but killing Leonardo allows you to plunder 50,000€ from his corpse, effectively doubling the quest reward for siding with them.
Memory Is Precious
Brief Description: At the funeral complex in Necropolis, bodies are going missing. This quest has multiple ways to finish it depending on if you discover the secret of the funeral home or not.

Outcome: Money, optional positive disposition with Lorenzo

Recommended Gear: Good Armor (Level IVA+), Silenced Guns

"Normal Way" -- Without learning the secret of the funeral complex

Step 1: Talk to Hans-Dieter Falk -- At the front desk of the funeral complex in Necropolis. He gives you the quest and explains that bodies have been going missing from the funeral home and to talk to the grave keeper Otto Schwarz.

Step 2: Talk to Otto Scwarz -- Otto is in the graveyard tending to a dug-out grave. He explains that they saw a grey Tayoto Hi-Lax truck driving away. You can find this truck outside the Gym that's across the street in Necropolis. Walking in puts you face to face with Bramby Maximum, who owns the gym but is hard to understand.

Step 3: Infiltrating the gym -- You can fight into the room behind Bramby to find a note containing the code for the locked door (It's "MUSCLE") or you can use a vent placed in the shower room to infiltrate the back rooms of the gym. They are guarded, 1 guard next to Bramby, 3 in the main gym room before the locked door, and 3 behind the door. Bringing the heads back to Bramby, Hans, and Otto gives you new dialogue options, which you should activate.

Step 4: Talk to Dr. Marieke van den Berg -- Back in HQ, talk to Dr. van den Berg, who is a forensic pathologist. She explains that the heads have been hollowed out to harvest the cadaveric pituitary glands for growth hormone. Essentially, the heads are helping the body builders get gains. Triggering this dialogue is necessary for the next step.

Step 5: Kill Bramby -- Going back to the gym after learning this, you'll see that Bramby has disappeared from the front desk. Using your Database you can track him and see he's inside the complex past the locked door.

Step 6: Return to Hans -- Go back to Hans and activate the dialogue "Situation resolved." This will finish the quest and Hans will thank you for your help.

"Hard Way" -- Learning the secret of the funeral complex

Steps 1, 2, and 3 are the same.

Step 4: Investigate the Funeral Complex -- So why does the funeral complex have all those Security Redefined, anyway? Getting past them, either with stealth or with force, is difficult because they are stronger enemies and there are a good number of them throughout the floors of the complex. On the fourth floor you can find their accountant Peter Larsmann, who tells you that Hans and Otto have been paranoid recently, have fired most of the staff, and Otto has started pretending to be a grave tender. He practically lives in the shack out in the graveyard.

Up on the fifth and final floor of the complex, there is a locked door. It's possible to break into this room through windows as well. However you get in, there is a PC with emails from Otto and Bramby. Otto's email gives you the password to a "basement door" (It's "HUMAN").

Step 5: Investigate Otto -- Going to Otto's cabin, you can see some lifted floorboards you can kick to break. The locked door mentioned in his email to Hans is here, and opening it reveals a room with four headless corpses and his computer. Otto's emails tell the whole story. The Funeral Home has been struggling because of losing business to ocean and sky burials, so as an alternative source of income, they began selling heads to the gym bros. After reading his emails, Otto will appear within the cabin's top floor to shoot you. Kill him and collect his 6,000€.

Step 6: Kill Hans -- Hans will have relocated to the top of the funeral tower. He is flanked by a guard on either side and a sniper in the tower above them. Use a long range weapon to take them out from afar, and remember to grab his 6,000€.

Step 7: Talk to Dr.

Step 8: Kill Bramby -- Going back to the gym after learning this, you'll see that Bramby has disappeared from the front desk. Using your Database you can track him and see he's inside the complex past the locked door.

Step 9: Talk to Lorenzo -- Going to Lorenzo and telling him about all three deaths will pop the quest and award positive favor with him.
Permit Peril
Brief Description: Bernadette Marketwar needs a special firearms permit.

Recommended Gear: N/A

Outcome: Positive disposition with Gaia Beauty (Including Security)

Step 1: Talk to Bernadette -- Bernadette is in charge of screening people at Gaia Beauty. You can find her in a side room off the main lobby, to the right of the help desk. Access her "SLS Panic" dialogue option, which opens her "Small Favor" dialogue option, giving you the quest.

Step 2: Talk to Gertrude Collapse -- Gertrude is found on the second floor of EFP HQ and process all documents herself. Use her new dialogue option, "Permit Peril" to hear her tell you the document is in the back mail room.

Step 3: Find the Permit -- The permit can be found in the large documents room in EFP HQ. Jump on top of the shelves and you'll see it; it looks the same as a normal document. Collect it.

Step 4: Talk to Gertrude -- Tell Gertrude you've found it, give it to her, and she will process it.

Step 5: Return to Bernadette -- Use Bernadette's new dialogue option, "Permit Processed," and the quest will pop. Bernadette will be seen with her new gun, the Mowzer 777SP. It's possible to kill Bernadette and take the weapon for yourself, but it is also used by the snipers in the Famenne Wetlands, so it is not required. Completing this quest will make all regular guards at Gaia Beauty passive towards you, which is great for completing the optional boss fight; it's a lot harder to fight through this area than it is to just walk through. Sometime after completing this quest, I returned to Versten Residential and Bernadette was perched on a building taking potshots at me. I do not know what triggered this, if anything. It may trigger immediately after completing the quest and I simply hadn't gone back to the residential area for anything.
Horse
Brief Description: Lauren Lunk wants a horse.

Outcome: 150,000€

Recommended Gear: Good armor, good guns

Step 1: Talk to Bergitta Sten -- In Countryside, there is a small shack near the extraction point that Bergitta Sten lives in. Exhaust her dialogue options where she discusses Hannes Lunk and his daughter Lauren who is obsessed with horses. She suggests that if you could find probable cause for a crime, you could likely animalize Hannes into one. You can also talk to Hannes himself to start this quest, because he also mentions how Lauren wants a horse. The guards in Hannes house do not immediately aggro onto you.

Step 2: Talk to Lauren (Optional) -- Inside Hannes' large mansion you can talk to Lauren. She has dialogue options related to horses but they are not required to complete the quest.

Step 3: Read Hannes' emails -- In his main office in the upstairs of his house, Hannes will have a computer with a single email regarding a corrupt business deal that he underwent to aquire all the marble for his house. Reading this email unlocks new dialogue from Hannes, but be ready, because when you enter this room, all the guard enemies will aggro onto you. You can choose to either take them all out before reaching the room, or step into the room first and let them come to you. I found it easier to do the latter because then you can just camp the doorway.

Step 4: Talk to Hannes -- Present Hannes with the evidence of his crime ("Corruption" dialogue) and what you plan to do to him ("Animalize yourself" and "Forced animalization" dialogue). This will trigger Hannes to give you his entire liquid capital of 150,000€ in an attempt to bribe you.

Step 5: Talk to Lorenzo -- Back at HQ, talk to your boss with his new dialogue options ("Animalize Hannes" and "Hannes Confronted") and the quest will pop. Lorenzo immediately dispatches a squad to turn Hannes into a horse which can be seen in the fenced in lot (next to Lauren) outside of their mansion.
Bitter Gorge Despair
Brief Description: Tomasz Lichtenberg, a tourist, was captured in the Bitter Gorge.

Outcome: N/A?

Recommended Gear: Good mech armor, good mech weapons

Step 1: Kill the enemies around Tomasz -- There are a ton of enemies around him, including three mechs and four infantrymen. Kill them with your mech.

Step 2: Open the door -- Tomasz is in a cage; simply open the door by hacking the password to get inside.

Step 3: Talking to Tomasz -- Being inside the cage and talking to Tomasz reveals a new dialogue option which pops the quest.

Optional: Talk to Tomasz in Versten Residential -- You can go to the Espresso shop to meet up with Tomasz after he escapes. He mentions having to do some dark things to get free. The NPC next to him, Elena Draskovik, comments on him being depressed and alcoholic. After running through their dialogue options (check them both repeatedly, like a conversation), Tomasz will appear in EFP HQ's garage and shoot you. He does not drop money or a unique weapon so there is no point to this interaction. If you don't want to see this, don't talk to them after.
The Legend Of The Golden Mushroom
Description: Hidden in the Famenne Wetlands is once-in-a-century valuable Golden Mushroom

Outcome: 200,000€, Easy method to complete the "Shroom Blues" quest, Positive disposition with Mycomind faction

Recommended Gear: Anything to vertically ascend with, Good body armor

Step 1: Talk to Sylvain Champignon -- Sylvain can be found on the right side of the swamp at the mushroom farm extraction point. Trigger his dialogue option, "The Golden Mushroom" to activate the quest.

Step 2: Find the Golden Mushroom -- The Golden Mushroom can be found in a crevice in the large mountain between the main entrance to the Wetlands and the CERH facility. It is guarded by three mushroom enemies who carry a unique automatic mushroom-shaped orgone weapon. Getting up here may be difficult due to how much the Famenne Wetlands suck. The first time I did it, I used the V-Stalker flinging method, where you spam the side dashes with A or D to fling your mech across the map by doing it in the water and using sloped geometry. However, it is also possible to get here by shooting a V-Stalker weapon at your feet or rappelling up the mountain. The mushroom enemies will be hostile, so it's advantageous to take them out stealthily or to get your V-Stalker up there and ignore their attacks. Collect the Golden Mushroom once they are dealt with.

Step 3: Return to Sylvain -- Returning to Sylvain and using the dialogue option "Golden Mushroom Found" will pop the quest. Sylvain will not take it from you, allowing you to keep it or sell it to another NPC.
Shroom Blues
Brief Description: Andrzej Bober is at odds with the mushroom farmer Sylvain Champignon over his farm.

Outcome: Positive disposition with Andrzej

Recommended Gear: N/A

Step 1: Talk to Andrzej -- Andrzej can be found in the abandoned school near the residency extraction point in the Famenne Wetlands.

Step 2: Talk to Sylvain -- Sylvain is found at the mushroom farm extraction point, also in the wetlands. Talk to him with his new dialogue option, "Andrzej Bober."

Step 3: Talk to Andrzej -- Returning to Andrzej will give a new dialogue option, "Sylvain Champignon," After exhausting all these dialogue options, the men will seem to be at a standstill.

Step 4: Complete "The Legend Of The Golden Mushroom" quest -- Completing the golden mushroom quest will allow you to access Sylvain's secret cave door. Inside this room is a mushroom NPC named Mycoman A who can be spoken to but has gibberish dialogue.

Step 5: Consume two Aminata Muscaria mushrooms -- These are the mushrooms that can be found next to Sylvain's house, the ones that he farms. You can take them for free without making him mad, so don't worry about taking them. Eating them allows your character to understand Mycoman A

Step 6: Talk to Mycoman A -- Now that you can understand him, activating his dialogue option "Andrzej Bober" will give an update in your quest log.

Step 7: Return to Andrzej -- One last trip to the residency to talk to Andrzej. Talking to him about what the Mycoman told you will get him to come around on Sylvain and finish the quest.

Does anyone know how to properly do Hostage Situation? When trying to use the M87 Riot to subdue him nonlethally (or the baton) the quest doesn't finish, you can only really kill him which makes lorenzo angry. You also dont seem to be able to talk to him

yeah i did find out about that since then, you can also break Konrad's window and that leads to the ACTF wing as well. i really like the secret entrance route though its part of ville's #1 strength in his games: level design

There's a much easier/safer way to complete Mole Mania; you can reach him through the secret tunnel behind the destructible EU flag by the elevator. After you make your way through it, you'll reach a T junction, with the prison on the left and the pool/bathes on the right; go right and hop in the pool, as there's another series of hidden tunnels underwater that should take you pretty close to him.

I think the game tries to hint that that's a possibility since there's an ACTF guard standing in front of it.

Small typo: in Permit Peril, step 3 is accidentally listed as Step 2.

The entrance to Gaia Beauty is in Necropolis, when you enter Necropolis from Versten Residential take a right and you'll find the exit

yeah this is true, i also believe the key you get from killing Lassativo is the same key that opens the cells - i'll add that real quick

For Eurocode Escapades - you don't have to kill Siegfried von Result. There is the same basement cell key in the room with enemies above him that leads to the cells. It's sitting on a table.
