How to enable console

Go to the game’s Settings menu.
In the first tab (Game) enable the console by checking the box.
Once the console is enabled, press the ~ (tilde) key during gameplay to bring up the console.

@imbrogliBODE i use that command everytime. and at least the dealers will spawn back and repeat the day from the second you set(i don't use any employes). you can manage to skip time with this command if you wait till it's later than 00:01am. than it will jump further to the next possible time line wich is the next day. so you can play a whole week without changing the day(with the sleep funktion). will be a nice trick to get more money deposited on your bank account. its even possible to plant again if you switch the time back or forward if the game stops the plant growth at 04:00am. you will get 2-3,5k xp for a one week long day!

If u wanna show UI again, I used freecam, then ESC key to leave it and it appears again.
