The first password is used at the very beginning, when you enter the furniture store. The password hint is located next to the door you need to get into.
Door password: 1729 .
Password at school. (Closer to the end).

The next door with a password is closer to the end of the game. The hint is next to the door, the piece of paper attached with the hint is on the side of the boxes from the door.
